The restaurant seemed to cater to their alcohol customers instead of customers that wanted food. So after waiting approx 20 min ( and not crowded at all) we left and went elsewhere!

I wasn’t told that the internet was out when I checked in. When I called from my room I was told that they had no idea when the internet would be back on. I was not offered any type of compensation. Then the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up when I urinated.

Great Hotel! We come to ABQ often but we stay outside of the city to avoid criminal activity. We decided to stay at this hotel this time and we were not disappointed. Will definitely stay here again. An Hacienda style-love it.

Convenient location in north Albuquerque

Great place to stay. Just for future reference. Don’t get a room on the same side of the interstate. Too noisy on that side. We moved to the other side and it was nice a quiet. I recommend and would stay again.

I love the fact this hotel was built around a courtyard. It's a little oasis in the middle of the desert. One thing to note is that there aren't any food places you can walk to besides the pizza restaurant next door. It's not well located for shopping either...but it's quiet!

Desk rep instead of saying she didn’t know how r long to king up directions for me she told me it was like 15 miles away, I looked it up and used GPS it was only 3 miles It could use some maintenance, paint, carpet. It’s an older hotel

I appreciated being accommodated with an early check in. The staff is great! The room had a nice view of the courtyard, and it was clean and quiet.

Overall, this hotel was disappointing. The common areas, e.g. lobby, courtyard, seemed nice, but our room was surprisingly run down. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked well and the beds were clean and comfortable. On the downside, the bathroom walls were discolored in several areas in spray patterns as if something had splashed up and stained or bleached the wallpaper. In the shower, which was oddly narrow, there was a roughly-patched hole in the drywall and a shelf had been torn out of another part of the wall. The reviews about highway noise were accurate - it was very loud.

The room and the bed were super nice and comfortable. The staff was amazing. We did have an issue wthe the roll in shower though. After showering we noticed a LOT of water on the bathroom floor that we had to clean up to make it safe for us. I think there should be better shower curtains or doors as well as different drainage to keep the rest of the bathroom dry and safe. The shampoo and the bodywash was also empty, so I dont think that it was looked at properly when it was serviced befor we arrived. The food was also VERY expensive and you didn't get a portion to match the pricing, bit to be fair the turkey avocado blt was delicious. Just not worth the price with a sprinkling of 12 fries. It was really nice to have a little snack and food section near the front though, also overpriced but if you're in a pinch like I was with my wife, very nice. Overall 3.5 to 4 stars.

The stay was just OK. Our room faced the interstate and was EXTREMELY noisy. Cars racing, motorcycles rumbling, etc Pool was closed, no reason given. Roof was being replaced and we were not notified until the day of our stay. Based upon our experience at other Courtyards, this stay was not memorable

Pool was unavailable, no where it was mention during booking that it was under renovation. It was one main reason we booked there.

Easy & convenient access to the hotel for a one night stay in Albuquerque

It was a good and quiet stay.

It is a beautiful property. The grounds are very appealing. It is very noisy due to the proximity to the highway. We could not sleep due to the noise. The hotel is understaffed and we had to wait a long time for our food and drinks. The front desk died not clearly point out when and where breakfast was to be served and that it was extra cost.

We have stayed at this Courtyard by Marriott many times. This is our go to hotel in Albuquerque.

Friendly staff, cleaned room and amazing swimming pool

The place itself was beautiful and cozy. The front staff was amazing. The courtyard was comfortable and relaxing. The rooms felt clean and comfortable. Only 2 issues we had was the beds were way too firm for my taste. Felt like i was sleeping on a board and the pillows were stiff too so made for 2 restless nights. And there was the case of the cheeto fingerprint on my sheets. So either those sheets were not washed from the person before us or the housekeeper was eating cheetos. I'm really hoping for the latter. Other than that, the place was comfortable and clean and the staff was great.

Front desk was not knowledgeable about rooms and was not willing to change room due to freeway noise. No check-in info on how to use room air conditioningg/heat Room charge for food and incidentals were extra and confusing and we were billed for items twice.

Comfy beds, pretty quiet when we stayed. Room was clean and stocked up, we were easily able to obtain an extra blanket for the room. I would stay again and recommend for friends traveling to the area.

I was charged for breakfast even though I had paid for the meals in advance, when I asked the receptionist to correct this, he made me wait more than 15 minutes and still could not remove the erroneous charges. Overall, I had very negative of the management from the moment I arrived. This is so contradictory to the Marriott brand.

Very loud people in halls for hours. Loud from above too so not relaxing or easy to sleep.

We had to wait until our room was ready. Not too big of a deal, but a free drink for our troubles could have been offered.
