I hesitate to give poor reviews but i would want to know this information when I book a hotel. The bed in the king room was extremely uncomfortable. Clearly the mattress needs to be replaced. We informed the desk person who received our concern graciously.

Quiet, clean, nice people. The mattress should have been replaced a long time ago. I like a firm bed but this one was flat with springs sticking up.

Comfort Inn was clean. The staff were friendly. The hot breakfast was eggs and sausage every morning. Variety would have been nice.

The room was really run down looking. Chips in the paint and paint that was faded. The couch looked like it was picked up from a swap meet. It was not usable. The sink didn’t drain water. For the price it was disappointing. It should have been priced sub-100. It was motel quality. Would not stay here again.

We had a great stay! The staff was very kind and helpful. The pool is small but no one else was in it so it was perfect. Breakfast was simple. The only issue we had was getting the TV to work properly. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was over 90 degrees in there when we entered, ac took 8 hours to cool to 76. Didn’t tell us that the breakfast was from 6-9, and missed getting breakfast. We got there at 9:03!
Pillows were the size of a throw pillow.
Staff was friendly, that was the only reason we didn’t get upset.

Excellent hotel! Older building that was well cared for inside and out! Rooms clean, staff friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast. Have definitely added to list of where we would stay again.

We stayed 3 nights. The hotel was very clean. There are several restaurants nearby. The hotel had a decent breakfast that was good and free with your stay.

We checked in and there was a new staff hire that was being trained. So check-in took longer than normal. The place was just OK for us. The TV was disappointing. About 60 percent of the channels were in Spanish so you are limited on channels to watch. Breakfast was fine; nothing you haven’t seen before in other hotels. The AC was old and noisy. We like to sleep with white noise but this AC unit was nocking and bumping at all times so it was hard to sleep. Cleaning staff was very nice. Overall my experience was a 4/10 overall.

Our room 114 was terrible. There was blood stains on the carpet and on the bathroom floor. It smelled like someone peed all over the carpet and when you walked on the carpet your feet stuck to the carpet. We checked out early just because we didn't want to sleep in there another night.

The rooms were terrible. I rented two rooms at this location. One.room the TV was damaged, lamp shades was damage. When you turn on the A/C it smell like smoke. The curtains dirty, wall sockets not working. Pillows they gave us was irregular. It seem the Pillows was altered. They was the size of pillows for a love seat.

Breakfast was okay, the eggs were decent but not the sausages. 24 hour coffee was a big plus for us. We did a 3 day stay and the location is great. Close to Birmingham but not in the city.

Older property that has been updated. Breakfast was good and helped us get an easy start to our morning. Only complaint is the shower head. Plenty of water to fill the tub quickly but the shower head just lets out a trickle.
