The staff was very friendly. Check-in was fast and easy. Hotel seemed new or recently renovated. The lobby, bar and our room were very clean. Comfortable bed and a quiet night made for restful sleep after a long drive. Loved the walk in shower without having to step over the side of a bath tub!

The staff in all parts was great. Cannot thank them enough. They could work a little bit on breakfast. The coffee was filled with a lot of water. Other than that all was good.

The hot food is sometimes risky, I have stayed at this location many times this year, I believe there should be better training on handling food and preparing the hot food.
the last stay had green eggs , this time the biscuits gravy had a very bad taste for 2 days . All other stays were very good.

Good service , Clean rooms , clean lobby
very helpful people . We've stayed here multiple times and everything was good . This stay was different with construction work (not a problem) The food service and quality was quite different this time, The eggs were green and smelly, the sausage was old leftovers. It seemed like some of the food was stale and reheated . My opinion is to better train the food handlers before someone gets very ill from food poisoning.

They let me know when I booked that they were doing upgrades. No noise from check in to check out at 9:00AM. The fact that they provide food and beverage with the room cost is excellent, Find the Drury when ever you can!

I got such a good night sleep i was so surprisingly quite considering how close they are to the expressway, which made it a very convenient location while traveling. The breakfast was wonderful and staff very friendly and helpful.

Though the staff was very nice, the hotel itself is set in a different era. The room looked like it was last updated in the 70's, carpeting old and matted, no modern charging facilities, very worn out. Bathroom not very nice. Everything was dark and dreary. Very, very disappointed in the hotel. The night time taco bar was great, bartender terrrific, and breakfast was decent, I would never opt for this hotel again. There were workers there updating the foyer area who were less than hospitable to guests.
I will not be returning.

I have traveled extensively and this is my favorite hotel experience. All the staff seem like they went to the Disney school of customer service. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The breakfast and evening meals were delicious and plentiful. The three free drinks were poured with happiness by Michael. The dining room attendants, Stephanie and Violet, were beyond friendly and helpful. Caitlyn and Talisha at the front desk were kind, caring and attentive. Even the maintenance man was super friendly and helpful. As my mother is in ICU, the hospital rate was extra helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. Can not recommend this hotel any more. Thank you!

They were starting to remodel the entire hotel the day we left. They are going to add a bar and remodel many things. I love it that they care about their facility.

We have stayed in this hotel numerous times and we wouldn't stay anywhere else while visiting the area. We travel to this location twice a year for archery tournaments and always stay here. We have recommended this hotel to all our team parents and they enjoy staying here as well.
Very clean, all staff is always helpful and nice. We really enjoy the evening kickback. The pool is nice, the kids like the indoor outdoor feature. We visit in June, so the weather has always been warm. No complaints about this hotel, always pleasant to stay here and we will stay again next year!

This is the type of place you will go out of way to stay at again, once you've stayed here. The rooms, the happy hour free buffet, the complimentary drinks card, the breakfast buffet.... all echo the excellent accommodations of pre-pandemic times. A hidden gem in western Illinois.

My family has used this location for several years for our annual reunion. We have always found it to be very accommodating. The former manager (Ron) was very helpful and kind to our family. We were sorry to see he had moved to another location; however, we we well taken care of!!

Pros: the room was decently clean. The carpet turned my kids feet black. They serve dinner, drinks and breakfast. All were lovely. Hotel staff was wonderfully kind.
My only complaint — I called ahead and verified that the hot tub was in working order with no issues. I booked the hotel FOR THE HOT TUB as my bday treat to myself. The jets were broken. I was not warned. The water was luke warm at best. My kids enjoyed the pool. I just wouldn’t have paid $100 extra for the hotel specifically because of the hot tub just to not be able to use it.
The dinner served and wonderful staff made me feel a lot less cheated.
When in working order, aside from needing a deep clean, it’s great. Beds were so comfy!
