Arrive a bit early and was able to check in. Room was very nice, clean and well stocked with all that you could need. Bedding was clean and comfortable. No issues. Would rent there again! Thanks

We came for a funeral and I should’ve said that because I think you get money off on it. And we use this location a lot since our relatives are in the area so we will be back. It is a nice place to gather.

Space was just what we needed as a family of 4! The air conditioner wasn’t the greatest but they provided fans when we asked and that made the evenings much better! Breakfast was good and stocked well each morning! Pool was a nice touch also!!

Very comfortable, quiet. The ice maker had a little trouble making much ice but the front desk provided us with a bag of ice. The breakfast was very nice and generous. Convenient to the interstate but couldn’t hear the interstate.

Room backed on to the highway, very noisy at all hours. Breakfast sub optimal at best. Poor is a better description. One of the front desk dudes seemed annoyed when I asked for extra pillows. The rest were helpful.

Great value. We stayed 5 nights. Staff was friendly and helpful when we had to make changes to our reservation. The gentleman that checked us in did a great job at explaining housekeeping expectations. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. There was some road noise being so close to the highway. Still a great location that is close to everything you would need during your stay.

First - the staff were amazing and were very gracious and helpful. I diid not like the garden rooms which were below the first floor. For someone who is claustrophobic this was a bit rough. Second there was sticky stuff on the carpet so did not walk around without shoes on. And after a very long day of driving- I would have preferred not to be woken up by banging right outside the window to replace an AC unit. Understand maintenance is necessary but not at 9:30am. Perhaps wait until after checkout time OR notify the guests upon check in. Great location - safe and near many different food options within walking distance!

Thoughtfully laid out, decorated, and maintained place. Spacious suite and nice staff. Convenient basecamp to Red Rocks, Idaho Springs, and Colorado Springs. Grilled in the courtyard, used basketball court, made a meal in the suite kitchen, the breakfast settup was the best I've ever had in a self-serve hotel. Our only disappointment was that the pool was not in working order the entire 90°F week we were visiting with 4 kids, which was one reason we chose the peoperty online.

Upon checking in our room had a broken sofa bed and a phone that didn't work to even call the office. They moved us to a different room however the pics online aren't quite the best representation of the property. The hotel is older and needs some upgrades. We had to swap out our towels several times and even though we requested housekeeping services never received it until we finally went and asked about why they weren't coming and it was the day before we checked out and we stayed 5 nights. Hotel has a weird odor and the halls are dirty and dingy.

The only ac the room had was a single in room unit that was vented out the window next to the bed. Since it was vented by the bed the window didn't close all the way and you could hear the traffic from the freeway. You could also hear the water the ac unit was taking out of the air dripping inside the unit with no drain. There was a nasty smell in the room, i dont know if it was mold in the mobile ac unit because of no drain or it was coming from the sink drain.

Everything was great with the exception of housekeeping. We stayed six nights and only showed up once. All they did was take out the trash and provide new towels that one time. Didn’t vacuum or do anything else in the room. Even with this little inconvenience, I still plan to come back. Their breakfast was great and onsite amenities are even better. My kids enjoyed the pool, basketball court, and fire pit.

The suite was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchenette. It was well designed, clean and quite comfortable. I am disabled and on crutches or use a mobility scooter. I was in a disabled room that had a ramp coming up to the door or the building, but the door was quite heavy and opened outward, which makes it physically impossible for one on a mobility scooter. My scooter was useless there which meant I had to rely on crutches.

We were on the ground level, below the lobby level. The layout of the levels felt weird, and the ground level felt a little dungeony. Having one central elevator that went down to that level made for long waits if other guests were traveling upstairs.

The property is outdated but they are in the process making some changes. Hallways are dark and dingy. Booked a two room suite and on checkin they said there was pipe break. So they gave us two rooms instead of one. Toilets are small and don’t flush well. AC did not work in one of our rooms and had to move us to a new room mid-stay. Highlands Ranch is great, but would stay at a different hotel next time.

It was a poor experience. I was there for my grandsons graduation. I just flew in all night and needed to shower and shave. They would not allow me in before 3:00 which was the time of graduation. They were rude and poorly run. I will never use this hotel again.

We had booked for a 2 bedroom suite, when we arrived, we were greeted and given our key to room.
When we walked into our room, it was just a 1 bedroom.
We went downstairs and the gentleman told us that our room had been sold to someone else because they had plumbing issues with a section of the hotel.
We asked if they had another room available, and they said they did not, but that for tomorrow they will have one available.
So we went back to the room and tried to make the best of it.
The next morning we went downstairs and the morning front desk gentleman said that nothing should have been promised to us and that nothing else was available. So we spent another night in that situation.
When we checked out, we asked them that if at least we can be refunded the price diffrence from a 2 bedroom suite (that we paid for) to the 1 bed that was given to us for those two night.
They said that since we purchased through Expedia they werent able to.
Once we arrived home, I contacted Expedia, and Expedia verified with the hotel our situation, and Marriott confirmed it.
But after a variety of attempts from Expedia, Marriott did not agree to refund us the difference!
I understand that some things are out of our control at times. But at least we should be charged for the room we were given (1 bedroom) instead of the room we had paid for (2 bedroom suite).
It is unfair specially since Marriott made additional money out of it since they charged that room again to someone else.

My boyfriend and I stayed there for the weekend and our room's air conditioning wasn't working right. I ended up getting sick because it was hot in there. We ended up opening the windows in the bedroom and the living room course. they only open a tiny bit. My boyfriend took me outside in 30° weather just to cool off in the middle of the night because we were both sweating and I was about to pass out. on Monday morning when we were checking out I did let them know that something was wrong with the AC cuz it was barely running and I did get points on my Marriott app. other than that the room was clean a little dated but they said they were all being redone. Everything else worked in the room It was just hot. Checking in and checking out the front desk staff was great and friendly.

Staff at check in was more concerned about her phone. We were told our room was around the back. She never informed us there were multiple entrances. Took us 15 mins to find our room. We also were not told there would be housekeeping services, we were only there 3 nights. Came back from an outing after the 2nd night and housekeeping had been in our room without notifying us. The hotel was quiet and clean, but the coffee at breakfast was extremely watered down and not hot.

We were quite deceived by the photos on the website. While the rooms are quite spacious, the hotel seems run down. We had a door that didn’t lock, and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud. The accessibility of our room was quite strange too, as it was in a different building entirely from the lobby.
