The staff was great. Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was good.

I got the strange feeling they were housing homeless folks in the hotel. I’m not sure this is true, but it feels true.

Bed was super comfortable. The location was very accommodating for my dog. A path to walk him right there and also a grassy area he could go potty. Made it so much easier having that so close. All staff was helpful friendly and professional. Very clean! Great stay and wonderful hot breakfast.

The valve that made shower water go from bath to shower mode was broken. It eventually worked with a lot of effort but needed fixed.

beautiful entry and room

I booked a room for 3 nights at this hotel. I had a dog and asked if I could check in a little early. They said they only had 3rd or 4th floor. I said it was fine as long as there was an elevator close. I went to unload with my dog and luggage and the elevator was shut down on my wing for servicing. I went back down to ask to be moved. They said there were no other rooms available and I could use the elevator on the opposite wing of the hotel. The staff at this point was not friendly. All this with my dog in tow. I could tell by the half empty parking lot this hotel was not full. So, later that evening I asked if I could be moved in the morning. I was asked if a used a booking site? Then told 16 people were checking out, but I couldn’t be put into another room until the next day. Also, there was a broken fridge. I was told an “engineer” would be sent out right away to fix it. No one ever showed up. We will see what my day 2 experience looks like. Plus, the freest noise in this wing is horrific.
