Checking in was an easy experience. The young lady helping me was very friendly and efficient. The room was nice and clean. I cannot say anything about the offered breakfast as I had to leave before it was available at 6:00, but I could smell it and it smelled good! The only thing that seemed strange was the channels offered on the television. I could not find the ABC or CBS stations. It was disappointing because there was a game I was hoping to watch.

Our suite was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was in the bedroom so the air didn't make its way into the the other room very well. We had our dog with us and they we happy to accommodate her. But it would have been nice to have a trash can at the dog area that they have. We definitely came back.

Very nice Hotel. Front desk gal was very kind and would help you in any way. Breakfast was good. Only thing in Hotel room CARPET looked soiled. Just Needs a good shampoo. 😊

Check in experience with excellent… Actually got a phone call to our room to be sure everything was ok And you just don’t get that additional customer service anymore.
We had a nice clean room and I especially like that the breakfast items were all prepackaged and it was still very good quality food. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Wonderful place to stay. Very convenient to interstate (but couldn’t hear the traffic), restaurants and Walmart. Marcia at front desk was efficient and friendly. The shampoo was actually in a usable size. The room was spacious and clean. The description said microwave and refrigerator available upon request but Marcia said they were in every room. The breakfast was delicious with many hot and cold options. We went 15 minutes prior to ending time and they put out fresh hot omelets. We will plan on staying there in the future.

Just personal things that may not bother anyone else. The tv did not have a guide to channels now was there a printed guide in the room. The ac unit is right next to the chair and would be difficult to sit in if the climate control was on. I cancelled my stay and moved to another hotel. My refund was taken care of in a prompt and courteous manner.

Not a great experience. The hot tub was not hot, bed had a major dip in the middle and it was very noisy. You could hear every step the people in the room above us took.

I booked a double queen “accessible” room however the room was not really that accessible in terms of the bathroom , the toilet was not too low and I was not able to access the shower because of the tub which.
To be frank the room looked like any other double queen room that was updated with rails and a shower chair but beyond that nothing else was changed to make it “accessible” and overall did not seem to be ADA compliant in any way whatsoever aside from the bathroom rails/grab handles
