Was visiting for the Cannstatt, which is a good time. Accommodations are fantastic. Large, quiet, and clean room. Bed was comfortable. Good proximity to the main train station, U-, and S-Bahn. Very helpful front desk staff who are clearly service-oriented. Area itself did not seem to have many dining choices since it was largely residential or part of the University. But there are plenty of options a stop or short walk away.

Clean and modern place. Excellent breakfast. A short walk to main shopping street but very quiet neighbourhood. Only negative is there are typical hotel door banging and floor scraping noises and also the electric blinds moving in other rooms which may affect sleep.

I was attracted to this hotel based on the excellent reviews for the breakfast. The breakfast was indeed truly amazing. There are many vegetarian dishes on offer, and many different meats and cheeses. Many little plates of some delicacy or another, so fun for small tastes. Great little yogurts and smoothies. Chocolate mousse and brownies with whipped cream. Seasonal fruit. The bread bar was outstanding. I'd return to this hotel just for the breakfast! Very memorable and really a highlight of our stay. The front desk staff were professional, friendly and efficient. This seems to be a business hotel, as most of the guests who we saw at breakfast were men (and a few women) in suits. They have a wet sauna and a dry sauna, which you need to reserve ahead of time, which was easy to do. My husband loved his hour in the sauna. There is plenty of storage space in the room, which was very much appreciated. The cleanliness was great. I was grateful for the heated towel rack. The detractions from a perfect stay were these: The bed mattress sits within a wooden frame, not on top of a frame or box spring. This means that when you sit on the bed, your legs are pressed against the narrow edge of the wooden frame. Not at all comfortable. The toilet is wedged between the wall and the sink cabinet, and you cannot spread your legs to clean yourself while sitting on it. Absolutely no room. It was far enough from the HBF that we needed a taxi to help us get there in the snow.

Amazing service and stay. Able to walk to the wine festival easily. Large room and comfortable bed. Very clean. The breakfast buffet was DELICIOUS! We will stay at this hotel again. Thank you staff for a wonderful trip!

Everything is awesome, kind and helpful staff, spacious and clean room, in addition, the breakfast is excellent! Definitely will stay here whenever I visit Stuttgart.

This family run hotel is not in the immediate centre of everything but only a short stroll away on a quiet street in a semi residential area. The hotel and rooms have aged in style and offers the comfort you need. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but the bar can provide e.g. pizza and snacks and there is a quite good Vietnamese restaurant just across the street (NB cash only) and all other places less than five minutes away. Breakfast is included in the price and even though the buffet is not exhaustive it includes most of what you need and more than many other hotels charge hefty for. There is a small spa with sauna but for exercise you need to bring your runners and hit the streets. In short a place I would definitely return to.

This is my second time staying at the Kronenhotel Stuttgart. During my stay in Germany, will always stay at this hotel when travelling to Stuttgart. From their amazing hotel desk staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable room, and location, the Kronenhotel is the best! LOVE the Kronenhotel Stuttgart!!!

Nice hotel, very near to the central Station on Stuttgart, room peaceful but not so big and with a very good breakfast

Ideally situated in a quiet location but in close walking distance to trains, shops and tourist information. We received a warm welcome from the helpful staff and were shown to our deluxe room on the top floor. Breakfast was in a lovely room overlooking the courtyard garden, with outside dining available. It was our first visit to Stuttgart and we loved the blend of old and new architecture. Plenty of dinner venues and cafes nearby, with the added bonus of a wine festival in progress during our stay. We would highly recommend the Kronen Hotel for both business and pleasure visits.

We were ready for a modern hotel after staying in a few historic properties. Everything about Kronenhotel Stuttgart was first rate. Amenities were excellent. Service good. Very friendly. Breakfast was sensational. We especially appreciated the extra assistance given to us by Luana and Andrea. Very highly recommended.

Excellent location, top notch property, well managed. Amazing breakfast buffet. Only thing I would request, would be coffee/tea making ability in the room although I understand that this is not normal in the region.

After searching for a reasonably priced room in Stuttgart for a business trip, I found Kronenhotel. It was a lovely respite on a long business trip. The front desk was warm and welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean and lovely! The breakfast had a wide selection of food and was outstanding. Location was perfect!! I highly recommend Kronenhotel for business or pleasure trip. Top notch!!!

Nice size room comfortable bed and soft chairs good desk for working. Good shower and washroom. Provided extra towel and pillow on request. Very nice garden courtyard. Quiet street but still quite central and handy for the train station.
