The property is good but a very offending statement was written outside - single lady can’t visit guest rooms. This seems funny to me. Over all hotel is fine.

It was a terrible experience.. Problems at checking, mosquito in the room, no hot water aircon not cooling and problems at checkout.. This is like a budget hotel.. Not even 2 star standard..

The hotel had my all information (US Passport Copy) but staff was keep calling to know , from which place I belong.
The room service guy was very scary in terms of his behavior with my wife. He was keep calling to get more information. When I complained the reception person only apologized and never tried to call the room service person to check why he was calling.
I will never stay in future as it is not safe for family.

Well behaved staff and feel was wonderful. It was so near to main market hazratganj, what was wonderful. I was alone on my visit, so passed time, doing shopping in market and enjoying the glitter of Hazratganj.

The hotel met the purpose but based on other reviews, I was expecting more. It is clean. The room is functional. They're building a metro station next to the hotel which did not help me sleep, no fault of the hotels.

Nice hotel,close to amenities.Reception little slow however all other staff was good.Comfortable and clean rooms.Buffet breakfast was good.Awesome restaurant on 9th floor.All in all this hotel has everything you need

Untidy room, curtains not hooked up properly, worn and torn sheets, floor swept but fluff left in balls in room.
Good food but always luke warm and freezing air conditioning in dining room so unpleasant experience.
I checked out after two of the four days I was meant to stay.

Dirty wastoom. Lazy service. No welcome drink as promised. Just tolerable food. Torn carpets. May be a 2 star at most

As expected, it was a clean, comfortable and pleasant stay. No real complaints here except that the wifi password only allows 2 connections. It was a hassle to keep ringing them to create another account. Most couples would need wifi on at least three devices (i.e. mobile phones each + a tablet/laptop).

As three female teachers working in Lucknow for one week, we were extremely pleased with this hotel. The service was efficient isn't and friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable and the restaurants both served delicious food. We do not hesitate to recommend the Clarks Avadh.
