The room and common areas looks as if the were just remodeled

My husband and I stayed two nights here. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel seems like it's older, but has been nicely updated. Our only complaint is that the hallway smelled like marijuana during the entire time we stayed. Thankfully, our room didn't smell like it, so we were okay.

Didn't like that the hot tub was not working and not enough staff. We had to run to the lobby to get anything ww needed such as towels, toilet paper and extra pillows.

The staff in the breakfast dining area were so nice & friendly!! Food was hot & kept refilled. Excellent selections. Also…housekeeping, outstanding and should be recognized for this. These ladies were super nice!! Made our stay enjoyable just speaking with them in the mornings. (They should be at check-in). The only negative was the front desk gentleman when checking in was very curt. Never went over pool or dining hours. Almost acted like we were an inconvenience. Terrible personality when you’re just arriving. But overall will be back again next year!

Great location. We were able to walk to dinner after a long day of driving.

We had another amazing stay at the Best Western Plus in Hudson, this is our 3rd year in a row staying there. The staff is so friendly and helpful from the front desk to the cleaning staff, one of the best places we have stayed

The room and linens were very clean but the staff on duty when we checked in as well as when others in our party were not very eager to help.

Prepaid room and upon arrival they said there was no booking charged us another $300 for a room and then denied the refund through Expedia!!!!! Complete scam to double charge $600 for one night with these rip offs

Before we even arrived, the manager found an error in our booking & called me. She took care of everything & was efficient & friendly!

Dirty rooms. Light fixtures not working. Smells bad. After 1 week there I notixed a plastic container of rotten food under the bathroom sink.

Sadly we didn’t have a great experience here… I would stay far away from this hotel. We stayed for three nights for a wedding. -(4) light bulbs were out. Staff gave us light bulbs to screw in. -The smell in our room was terrible. Old food, smoke smell. So bad that the night we arrived at 10:55pm I went to the Walmart to get a frabreeze plug in -once we unpacked we were looking forward to taking a shower, we turned on the shower and the shower head was cracked and sprayed all of our luggage and toiletries. Had to use up all the towels and hang dry our clothes. -house keeping had to replace shower head because there was no Maintance staff on hand -DONT walk barefoot in your room- black feet after walking on the carpet in our room. -white liquid stains on both sides of the pull out couch cushions -breakfast had very limited items, were out of eggs 2 days, staff was complaining about their previous coworker that didn’t stock the breakfast area properly Was a big fan of best western until this. Will not be staying at one again unless it’s one of their premier resorts. Disappointed-not worth $500 dollars for 3 nights.

My stay was great and when I asked to extend it by 2 nights they made it possible without having to move rooms. There were a few small issues like the bed was too hard, the battery cover on the remote was broken and needs to be fixed, but overall it was a good stay and I would stay again.

Bed was a little hard. Outside of that, the stay was excellent. A little older of a hotel, but not horrible.

The staff was some of the friendliest I have ever experienced. Our stay was perfect.

Tried to charge my card 4 times before arriving when it was pay at property front dest was rude

Overall a decent place to stay. We just needed to stay one night and it was just fine. Very clean. A little dated. Comfortable beds. Pretty good breakfast. The price was a little more than I would have liked to pay but we were there for a soccer tournament and I think the supply and demand drove the price up. And since we decided pretty last minute to book the room it was understandable. The area of the hotel was close to many restaurants and just down the road from a Target and Walgreens. So pretty convenient area.

Great service and breakfast!!

This was a very clean and nice hotel. The only downside was the beds were very hard.

Disappointed with general areas of hotel offering an opportunity for groups to gather. Tried using the breakfast area (which wasn't cleaned) to play games and cards with our group...and was asked to leave area and move to lobby which only offered a table for 6 ( which also wasn't clean) and a couch and coffee tables. What harm does offering tables in the breakfast area do?? Several other hotels make these spaces available and welcoming all hours to our group.

Great breakfast- nice toom; larger TV & access to HBO & many selections. Finally softer towels then other hotels- only negative was no bar in shower fir safety !

The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy! We loved the pool and hot tub area! The room was clean and the property was in a great location with many dining and shopping options in close proximity. We would most definitely stay here again!

We are here only one night but had an enjoyable time checking in with Melissa at the front desk. Our room is spacious & clean. Haven’t slept yet so can’t say anymore!

Great stay

It was a bummer they advertise a pool and hottub on website but when we got there it was not in working condition. The night staff did not feel welcoming but the morning staff did great. A very nice lady in the morning helped check me out and was nice to offer complimentary water for our long drive ahead. Breakfast was great and staff welcomed us to enjoy all breakfast items.
