The rooms were large and comfortable to move around. Surfaces were dusty and the couches were full of stains. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely disgusting, the eggs were soupy,sausage looked and tasted like plastic and the coffee was equivalent to toilet water. The really need to step it up.

Enjoyed my stay. Courteous and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room and excellent housekeeping service.

Convenient to highway and good for families. The pull out sofa was a twin but an actual mattress which was sturdy and more comfortable than a traditional sofa bed. Breakfast is reasonable but beware of the eggs.

They lied about a bar and they were very rude and don't expect your room to get cleaned if you're staying there they definitely make you work for it

Not the cleanest! Public restrooms were very dirty. Breakfast was not ready at 6:30 or even 6:45.

The TV was in an awkward position. You couldn't watch it comfortably from either bed. The tub/shower combination had no stopper to keep water in the tub. However, Oscar, was able to provide one to us. All employees we came in contact with were accommodating and pleasant.

Not a great stay! 1. We got to the hotel and traveling at 31 weeks pregnant is not that easy and we were expecting a great atmosphere and welcome. However we got there and the front desk was chaotic. Three associates were there but it took them at least 30 minutes to help us. They all sound so unprofessional too and talking about other guests that was staying at the hotel. 2. We got to our room and we noticed the towel rack near the sink was messed up that we barely put any weight on it and it fell off. We also didn’t have any soap when we were washing our hands we had to use the shampoo. 3. Our beds weren’t made too. One bed only have the duvet and not the actual blanket. The other bed only have the blanket but not the duvet cover. The extra pillow that was in the room was so dirty. We had to go to the front desk to ask for the extra sheets/blankets and pillow. 4. We also asked for more towels which they told us will take over 1 hour because they are still doing laundry. The next day we asked for more towels and we waited forever and apparently they were looking for our room and was knocking at the wrong room. I just never had this type of experience ever before in any hotel. For it to be a Marriott too, I was expecting more since I’ve only had great experience with Marriott.

Pool & hot tub very clean. We spent 2 hours then another hour later and were the only ones using it. Nice breakfast too. Very quiet, great bed. Highly recommend!

Extremely dirty, air-condition broke down in the middle of the night- nothing was done to change the room, toilet stopped to work.

Our room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The services that were offered were excellent as well!

The hotel was overbooked, we made reservations 2 weeks ago, they never called to let us know that we didn't have a room available. We got here with 6 people (3 of which are children) to find out we had no room.

Ok location

Room was dirtier than expected. No conditioner in bathroom. One remote only worked for the televisions. The floor was rather loud & overall the hallways were dirty and littered with random trash that staff has walked past multiple times and avoided. Breakfast was mediocre. They charged me twice, once through hotels.com and then the new lady at the hotel charged my card again. So now I’m waiting on a refund. Pool/hot tub was closed when we when to use in AM and was closed until checkout time. It was a stay I would rather have not had to be stuck with. It was like a 3/10.

Wasn't even acknowledged when I arrived because they were having problems with their computers. A hi would have been nice

I was disappointed that during my research it was not clear to me that there was a three dollar parking fee. Why they charge three dollars is beyond me. The property also seem to be extremely worn poor caulking in the bathroom. Our room smelled like mold, the fitness room had wallpaper somewhat peeling off of the walls and the breakfast was limited and not fully cooked. Staff was more than friendly and always seem to be working. I would not recommend this property nor would I ever return. It was extremely busy when we were there and we were woken up by constant banging above us and the third floor smelled of marijuana.

Room was dirty and smelled like smoke, the bathroom wall had a nasty stain that looked fresh, there were candy wrappers stashed by the bed and the fire alarm was covered with a sock for whatever reason, the heater/ac was broken and there was a huge crack on the bathroom ceiling

Took the family for an overnight stay to get out of the house and enjoy the pool. The pool area could be cleaner…trash overflowing and hair in the corners of the hot tub area from one day to the next….so clearly not cleaned overnight. Hot tub not very hot either . Room was fine no complaints

This was a very cute and quiet hotel. Very laid back vibe and the girl at the front desk was friendly and personable.

We had requested a walk-in shower, rather than a tub. That request was confirmed on our reservation printout. But it was a tub...harder and more risky to get into and out of. The handicapped parking space nearest, and to the right of the main door as you enter the building was not fully shoveled out of the snow buildup. In order to safely exit our car, the driver could not pull in all the way to the curb. Another safety issue. Desk staff was excellent: Drew!

Easy place to stay fo0r business. Breakfast is not something you want to get there.
