Not the warmest welcome at the front desk. Everything seemed a real effort for them checking us in.

Ou room had no heat. Only ice cold air blew out of the heater plus our window woukd not close. They gave us a handicap room where the shower nozzle just hung down and spewed water all over the bathroom

Stayed overnight. Areas of the room were stained, surfaces weren’t really cleaned and the mini fridge was gross inside. I also think I smelled pot stepping out of my room. Smoking and vaping is illegal indoors? Otherwise the bed was comfy and the lady at the desk was friendly.

We had a great stay room was large and clean. Unfortunately pool was not heated which was a large downfall and will go with a different hotel next time.

Asked for a crib in our room and called ahead to make sure they had them. When we got there, apparently all the cribs were being used so we had no where for our baby to sleep. The wallpaper was coming off the walls in our room too. It was fine for a quick stay and the breakfast was decent but definitely not worth $150 a night.

Bed was clean. But the carpet and the sofa had huge stain on them. It smell humidity in the room also because they probably had a pipe leakage in the bathroom. The floor was wet and I arrive and remain wet all night. They said they were going to look into it. Room 308

The stay was fine, room was mice and clean, breakfast was also good.
I did not like that the first thing the hotel did - was trying to subscribe me to marketing data sharing. I refused, they still send me spam.
I also did not get invoice or receipt for my stay of any kind.

When I arrived check in was smooth other than the clerk had the all phone lines ringing. I arrived to my room brought my luggage left went to grab a bit to eat came back ate and wanted to take a nap go to get under the covers and the sheets had stains and tons of hair all over the sheets 😔 I tried calling front desk no answer went to the lobby waited 10 minutes for clerk. The clerk finally arrived even though I was 1st in line he checked others in them followed me to the room took pictures of the souled linen, tried getting me another room then had to lug all my luggage to that room. I was a tired and to aggravated to ask anything else.

The room was a bit dirty but the common areas and grounds were great. Overall was fine for a night.

Pleasantly surprised. Usually stay at big chain 4-stars and this wasn't crazy far off. Was much cleaner and fresher than I thought it would be. Breakfast was as these breakfasts are, but seemed fresher than usual. Prices are still unacceptable, but this decent experience made it easier to swallow the 200+ price, which is still way too much for a room that used to be 80 pre-covid.

Very outdated & dirty!! Ripped wallpaper & old furniture!
Smoke detectors with plastic bag over it! 4 nights & did not attend once to our room!! We had to ask for towels each day!!

Worst hotel stay ever. Got woke up at 1030pm to a fire in the room next to us set by the guest in that room. We were first told to open our windows with thick smoke in our room. Then finally had to move all of our stuff and 3 sleeping children to another room that didn’t even have curtains that went to the bottom of the window so we had to try to sleep in the light from the parking lot. Wish I could give 0 stars.

The manager was such a hard worker-the key machine was malfunctioning and he was going up and down the halls opening up doors -he was so busy but remained so polite and courteous-he was sweating so much that his shirt was wet-he deserves a gold star/raise. The manager the next morning was also nice and when we referenced the key machine she wore her fannypack to carry her phone to count her steps-positive outlook even knowing how busy she could be. Both of these people were great employees and role models-very impressive

Other than our bathroom smelling like urine the entire time since we arrived to the time we departed, it was okay. Sleeping area was decent, but coffee pot and coffee were missing from our room.

Hotel was extremely clean but the room needed some updating (couldn’t open the bathroom door completely since the toilet was in the way, holes in sheets) but clean! Breakfast, pool and outdoor seating was nice. The front desk was unable to answer questions I had about the area but I was able to find the answers I needed on google.

Upon opening our bathroom door after checking in, it smelled terribly of urine. I told the fronk desk, they didnt seem surprised, didn't apologize but thankfully offered us another room. The room itself had 2 queen beds and a seperate sitting area which had a desk, which was nice. Unfortunately there were little ants that we noticed on night 2 on the end table next to the bed! We stayed here because the price was affordable but wouldn't again.

We tried 3 different rooms but they all reeked of mold. The 3rd floor hallway had a potent and disgusting smell that was a mix of weed and cleaner. We switched to different floor to see if it was better but the room smell was bad! First room we entered had a cigarette burn on the mattress! After attempting different rooms we just decided to leave and find another hotel. The smell was unbearable. My throat started to close up and I was having trouble breathing. This hotel should be closed immediately. Don’t stay here.

Our room was clean but a strong smell of mold throughout the hotel. Extremely hot hallway and lobby no AC! Need to update the outside patio area. Staff was pleasant.

The Air conditioning system was not working it was 85degrees in the lobby and hallways and throughout the hotel. The room was hot upon arrival and took several hours to get to temperature suitable for sleeping.

Amenities were fair, no streaming options for tv (for example) but room was clean and well appointed.

The room was spacious and clean. There was adequate parking and the hotel was conveniently located for highway access without being right off the highway (so there wasn’t highway noise). The AC /heat unit was noisy. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay. The free breakfast was very basic.

Stay was fine for one night. Hairdryer turned on and off every few seconds, carpet next to bed was soaked from air conditioning unit and there were chicken wing bones in our trash can! Given the choice, I wouldn’t stay again
