The customer service agent—Leslie was extremely patient, friendly, helpful, and kind. She assisted me with issues concerning my reservation that took about a hour to resolve and I just couldn’t believe how pleasant and patient she was with me during the entire process while juggling other tasks and assisting other customers that walked up with needs. This field can use more people like her! Good customer and Kindness makes a difference and goes a long way with a person, as you never know how it might impact the life of another!

I do believe the cleanliness of the hotel could be taken up a couple of notches. As I made to the elevator on the way to my room, I was advice that someone vomited in it and at that moment there were 2 gentlemen cleaning however, it was half cleaned. The vomit wasn’t completely mopped from the floor and It was all over the wall and upon checking out this morning, I couldn’t help but to notice that the elevator looked the same as when I arrived. Also, the room was pretty dusty and fingers prints were everywhere to which I cleaned but Overall my stay was comfortable.

I left dress pants hanging in the closet upon checkout. When I called for them later that day, and the room wasn't rented out, they said they couldn't find them... the staff stole them because they are not back in my closet., I even left a tip in the room, extra bottled water and beer and seltzers in the fridge for them. The chairs in the room were small and uncomfortable Other than that, everything else was GREAT.

Everything was ok, the room did have a different odor. The biggest irritation is the double charge on my card that is yet to be resolved. I got this room through Expedia and paid through them. I was given a 0 balance on my receipt since it was charge through a third party but then charged my room to my card that was supposed to be used only for incidentals. Was told this was your mistake but is still yet to be paid back to me. Making me question if I will use a Marriot again.

Just stayed overnight and had little interaction with the staff...my room was great and had a little balcony.

The room that I was put in was not cleaned before my stay. I was locked out of my room in the middle of the night and they were not able to assist me in getting back in my room. They gave me 4 new keys and ended up putting me in a smaller, not so nice room. I was unable to get my belongings that were locked in the first room until 8 AM when I needed to be at work at 7 AM. Do not recommend!

We stayed in a king suite, but the rooms are incredibly dated. Felted like we walked back in time. If that was the only negative, I think we would have been fine. The front desk staff and onsite bistro bar is really nice, but what made the trip poor was the housekeeping. We stayed at the hotel for 8 days and only had our room serviced twice. They forgot to come back after the first servicing and we kept having to visit front desk every night for towels and washcloths, soap refills, coffee, and etc. It took multiple nights of doing this and asking staff why our room kept getting skipped before they finally escalated to management and serviced the room again on our last day before we left. However, even then, still no vacuum or cleaning done. Just towels replaced and bed made. I felt this property was really lacking in room quality and cleanliness from housekeeping. Would not recommend.

Room was fine. Problem with someone checking out as us and causing us to waste time at front desk. Expensive breakfast at their "bistro." Wouldn't stay here again if there was a comparable alternative even though it had a pool and nice gym.

Two night stay for a funeral. Hotel is comfortable and clean. It has a bar /bistro in the lobby which is a nice touch. Our King room was not ready so we opted for a 2 Queen room which was fine. Not a fancy hotel but very serviceable

Could smell the fresh cleaners when walking into room, A . The only think I could knock is I wish the AC cooled the room off a tad more. Don’t get me wrong it kept the room at a fine temp, but I get super hot at night and could’ve used it just a bit colder. Other than that everything was great. Definitely will re-book upon coming back in a few months.

Property was beautiful. Area around the property was wonderful with lots of geese a Starbucks within walking distance. The hostess at the front desk was not to great. She asked a lot of questions that the relevance of were starting to raise suspicions in our ability to pay or just our being there in general. The hostess said that they were just company questions that they have to ask are their guest. Oddly the Courtyard Marriott that I had just left that morning in San Antonio didn’t ask those types of questions.
