Room was large with plenty of room for a long stay. The desk staff was helpful and the restaurant staff was friendly

The customer service agent—Leslie was extremely patient, friendly, helpful, and kind. She assisted me with issues concerning my reservation that took about a hour to resolve and I just couldn’t believe how pleasant and patient she was with me during the entire process while juggling other tasks and assisting other customers that walked up with needs. This field can use more people like her! Good customer and Kindness makes a difference and goes a long way with a person, as you never know how it might impact the life of another! Con’s- I do believe the cleanliness of the hotel could be taken up a couple of notches. As I made to the elevator on the way to my room, I was advice that someone vomited in it and at that moment there were 2 gentlemen cleaning however, it was half cleaned. The vomit wasn’t completely mopped from the floor and It was all over the wall and upon checking out this morning, I couldn’t help but to notice that the elevator looked the same as when I arrived. Also, the room was pretty dusty and fingers prints were everywhere to which I cleaned but Overall my stay was comfortable.

This was a safe place to stay during a long drive east.

Comfy bed and bedding. Room was updated. Hotel grounds were nice with lots of mature trees. Elevator slow.

I left dress pants hanging in the closet upon checkout. When I called for them later that day, and the room wasn't rented out, they said they couldn't find them... the staff stole them because they are not back in my closet., I even left a tip in the room, extra bottled water and beer and seltzers in the fridge for them. The chairs in the room were small and uncomfortable Other than that, everything else was GREAT.

Helpful stadd

Our receptionist was very informative and friendly.

We reserved the room as part of a wedding party however we were put in a completely different building because we had schedule a king room through Expedia and they said they would not get paid if they changed us to a different room type. The 1st room they put us in had a broken toilet that could not be flushed without the back of the toilet removed and it constantly ran. There was also an old bar of soap in the shower that led me to believe that it wasn't properly cleaned. The 2nd room they put us in had open spaces all around the door leading to the hall which let i every hallway noise and was an adjoining room with a 1 1/2 space under both doors-you could see into the adjoining room...Both issues were very concerning to me as a safety issue. I ahve pictures of all of the above!

Stayed here 1 night. It was nice and clean, staff was very friendly. The bed was a little hard but it was overall an amazing stay.

Everything was ok, the room did have a different odor. The biggest irritation is the double charge on my card that is yet to be resolved. I got this room through Expedia and paid through them. I was given a 0 balance on my receipt since it was charge through a third party but then charged my room to my card that was supposed to be used only for incidentals. Was told this was your mistake but is still yet to be paid back to me. Making me question if I will use a Marriot again.

It was amazing I loved everything!

Just stayed overnight and had little interaction with the staff...my room was great and had a little balcony.

The room that I was put in was not cleaned before my stay. I was locked out of my room in the middle of the night and they were not able to assist me in getting back in my room. They gave me 4 new keys and ended up putting me in a smaller, not so nice room. I was unable to get my belongings that were locked in the first room until 8 AM when I needed to be at work at 7 AM. Do not recommend!

Bathroom was dirty

No food nearby. Food set up at hotel was the worst I have seen in a long time.

Our stay was great, the room was clean, bed was comfortable. The over all hotel was great, close to shopping and food places. Great location easy access to the highway.
