The hotel was clean and in a great location.

Everything was fine.

Friendly staff. I needed help with the TV and the front desk employee was helpful, bringing a copy of the channels. Comfortable room, great hot breakfast, all the amenities were there. The location is next to a Sam's Club gas station for an easy fill up before getting on the road again.

It was convenient to amenities and highways. The properties appeared clean.

The thermostat view screen was inoperative so you couldn’t tell what temperature was set. Could never get the rooms at a comfortable temperature. I reported it to the desk each day, to no avail. The room phone didn’t work and the desk said it hadn’t in 6 months. There was a flashing light in the ceiling, I think it was the smoke alarm, that flashed constantly. The first night the TV could not show anything but HBO stations. I asked the desk for assistance. He said it was a new TV and he was not familiar with the controller, but tried his best to help. After he gave up I continued to try for two hours before I got it programmed properly. The desk said they would compensate but since we booked through Booking.com they couldn’t do anything

Kitchen staff were excellent.

Reserved a walk-in ADA room but they gave it to someone else before we arrived. The room door was hard to open, the tub was difficult for handicapped people, shower curtain was too short, a few of the towels smelled sour. Staff could not deliver a stool for shower because they could not open the sticky door to the room. They do not know what is considered an ADA room nor an ADA shower that has a wand and appropriate hand rails in proper locations, not to mention walk-in. I am just glad no one got hurt in their switch and bait, no discount room.

The breakfast was great, whom ever was working the are, I don't remember their names, they were so sweet and maintained the area clean and the food fresh. Great location for a pit stop.

The front desk staff, older male, was rude. He didn't activate any keys except 1 of the 3 rooms(We noticed when we went back for our luggage and the side doors would not open), we went to our rooms mind you I reserved 3 room, I was given a room in each floor. I went to front desk after going up to the other rooms, we arrived at 3AM, I told him that only the 1st floor room key was working, he was rude stating it was my fault for mixing up all my keys, I corrected him and told him the side doors didn't open, it only opened with 1 set of keys. He then accused me again being rude to me and my husband, that it was our fault for the trouble because we probably put them in my bag, we were exhausted, my baby was just trying to sleep, so I said ok, give me the correct keys. It wasn't that big of a deal, but the fact he kept saying it was yalls' fault irritated me, he could of just activated them and that was it.
