Very nice property. What they call queen are really twin beds, but very comfortable. TV and safe didn't work. TV was fixed after second call and they gave up on safe since it needed to be replaced and our stay was for a night.

I booked this hotel because I remember how wonderful it was 14 years ago when I got married there. Well, it was the vacation from hell. Front desk at check in was not accommodating and would not agreed to any of my requests because I booked through Expedia and didn’t do it straight with the hotel. Room was smelly and musty, so I complained and was given a different room that didn’t smell as bad but had a porche area that was filthy, covered in dirt so we couldn’t use it. The room wasn’t soundproofed so we had a hard time sleeping on the Saturday we were there because of a party in the hotel. Toilet wouldn’t flush on day 3 and the last day when we wanted to have a quiet pool day, there were a bunch of drunk people in the pool and one of them urinated in the plants by the pool in front of all children and other guests. Hotel apologized but it’s not worth to spend $120 a night for such crappy service and environment. Hotel hasn’t been well kept and I will never stay there again. A manager offered his apologies at check out and told me he was gonna call back after talking to hotel Exec but they never called me. I do have to say that the food is amazing! best breakfast and bakery! So I might go back to eat but never to stay. Also I don’t know why they sell rooms on Expedia if they tell you at check in you should have booked directly with them. Do better Hilton Colon!

We stayed at this hotel on our way to and from the Galapagos islands. It was excellent. Pick up from the Airport worked out great both times. Included happy hour and breakfast with executive level rooms was perfect.

Hotel was accident. I suggest executive level comes with water happy hour and breakfast. Hotel staff is waiting for us at the airport with her name on a sign. Was an excellent spot for our night layover on our way to Galapagos.

I noticed a big different from last year to now may be is because the country is going thru a lot of political pressure but people are scared to go out amd out gatherings are not the same, you see a lot of military people on the streets. The hotels is fabulous beacuse of the staff.

I didn't like that I was charged so much more than I was originally quoted. I liked the free shuttle.

Old installation cuases bad odors (mold) and makes lots od noisy in the night some concerts (soundproof was not funtional since it is old building)

This Hotel have an amazing swimming pool, great security control, the rooms are very large, with all the amenities of a five star resort in the USA and is conveniently located close to the airport, shopping centers and night clubs. I highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed at Hilton Colon and loved everything about it. Prices are up there but the property was clean, really nice looking. The pool area was clean and was quiet. They have a hot tub. They also have a gorgeous dining area. I had the brunch buffet and it’s a must. I had everything and loved every bit of it. I also went for dinner and had the ceviche and plátanos rellenos and again it was all delicious and all tasted fresh. Definitely recommend staying here. I’ll be back for sure.

Hotel has a lot of security which make me feel safe. I wouldn’t recommend going around City other than hotel taxi. Closest mall very nice

I stayed for 4 nights, and though the hotel is comfortable and has many amenities, I found their prices to be quite overpriced compared to what you can get in the area. The buffet breakfast was not included with my room and cost $30! Service was great apart from the restaurant, where you have to track down waitstaff to get their attention. Very nice pool and spa.
