Everything was great and clean

The staff was great, accomodating to our needs. The facilities met or excessed our expectations. We stayed one night and were very happy.

This is a typical Marriott hotel - I will not stay again because of the incredibly powerful smell of disinfectant or 'air-freshners' through out the property and room. It was unbearable and gave me a headache. Not sure if there is a mold of other issue that they are trying to mask, but the smell is terrible.

Stayed here a couple of times. Nice an clean a staff is excellent.

I reported our room phone to front desk personnel did not work both days of our stay, without resolution. Room not serviced until requested on return to our room later in the day. Corridors echoed and were veey loud at night.

Everything about this hotel was pleasing to us - the spacious, clean room and the outdoors swimming pool with seating and fire pit as well as the clean fitness center with weights and benches, exercise bikes, treadmills, and ellipticals too. (And filtered drinking water to fill up your work-out container.) The lobby is spacious with plenty of tables and chairs to go with the small bistro on the side. There is lots of parking, although it sometimes fills completely up at this popular hotel; then you can use some parking shared with the Out Back restaurant next door. There is an assortment of cold bottled beverages and snacks for sale near the front door. Everything is handy and convenient at this very reasonably-priced Courtyard by Marriott. It's worthy of the Marriott name, and that's saying quite a bit. Oh, and did I mention the landscaping? Our summer visit dazzled us with red geraniums, petunias, and other annual flowers as well as gorgeous big bushes full of large white blossoms. Someone put some tasteful effort into those features. Well done!

The front desk staff was professional, and very pleasant to interact with. The hotel was clean and the atmosphere was very comfortable.

Clean rooms, great customer service. The breakfast was not very good. Eggs had black on them. Think they need to clean their pans. TV was very small.

While I'm aware that Courtyard properties charge for food, it would be a wonderful perk for guests to have coffee and tea available (gratis) at all times. We had to leave before the cafe opened.

Very nice staff. Booked suite 3 months in advance, called to confirm my appt the day before & found out my suite was given to someone else. TV did not work, sent someone over to fix it. Which they did not, but tried.

Clean and convenient. Would like more coffee options and breakfast fare. More comfortable in room seating. Sturdier handles in barhtub.

I wasn’t impressed that breakfast was extra but there is no complimentary coffee either. We asked and it wasn’t available or until after 630 am and then you had to ask so I’m still not sure if there was a charge for it because we checked out and went to Dunkin’s. Don’t expect any extras with this stay
