Breakfast was not good bugs came out of the room, and there waw no dryer

The grab and go breakfast was poor. Tiny little muffins or oatmeal which didn’t dissolve. Had to ask for a coffee maker at the desk. No safety bars in bath/ shower

Had everything I needed. Good price, clean, safe. Maintenance fixed a problem promptly.

Good shower, bed comfy enough, don't think they own a vacuum cleaner though. Wonder how long some of the things laying around the room were there. We misplaced the remote and found a lot of stuff that shouldn't be there while we looked for it.

Property is ok but window was not closing . Poor service at reception. No one was present to check-in quite long time. Only oat meals and coffee is in breakfast.

The room was decent until we woke up and there was ants everywhere. We lifted up the stove top to find food from prior travelers. Cleaning just needs to be more thorough. Overall it was a good stay.

The room was AWEFUL! I REALLY should receive a refund. The riom had blood on the carpet, smelled like cat urine and the plumbing was bad. We left as soon as we could. Didn't stay for 5 hours.

It was a nice and inexpensive place. Do NOT use their wifi system, it is badly compromised and you may be hacked. A phone and cable will let you set up your own hot spot. Staff is very friendly and location is good.

The environmental cleaning of the building is okay, but after you get a room, the will not come to clean your room or change sheets until you stay with them for two weeks. But they can give you clean sheets to change yourself and clean towels. Stove are not working and has rusty. Bathtubs are old and dirty, don't drain water good. some lights are not working in the room. Some of the staffs are rude even the manager white lady, she speaks Arabic or German language, very mean and rude.

It started with the front desk clerk at check in. Unfortunately, they did not speak enough English to clearly communicate with us. The pet fee is not listed online, and we had looked for it. They charged $25 per pet and but first he said it was $25 plus tax and then had me pay again the same amount saying, no that's for each of them. I understand pet fees, but that should be disclosed before I pay for the room so I can accurately compare costs. I would have chosen another hotel if I had been aware. I travel with my dogs for events, so I always check for the fees. When we went up to our room on the third floor, we were greeted by the very strong smell of marijuana in the hallway and then even stronger in the room. We were tired and decided to deal with it but I wish we requested another room, because the walls were paper thin, no sound proofing and we had the worst night of sleep I've ever had in a hotel, with the constant sound of the elevator, the stairwell door banging shut and hearing the adjoining rooms and everyone who walked down the hall. We were traveling with dogs and there was so much noise that they thought there were intruders. The only plus is the full size fridge, although it smelled funky and that it was an easy on and off the highway.

We had to choose and different hotel. Rooms had dust, bugs, hair in the beds.

Hotel needs a little TLC, but overall a decent room for the money.

There was no breakfast as stated. The room was not clean. Toilet does not fill up after use. The light in the bathroom makes too much noise. Regreted staying there. Maid refused to clean room stated front desk has to be notified first.

Staff were nice, continental breakfast was not full. Beddings does not look fresh, pillow case were fresh.

Check in was great; that was the only employee interaction I had during my stay. My room seemed clean and was comfortable. I stayed 2 nights. On my 2nd morning (the morning that I was leaving) I saw a cockroach run from the bathroom through the kitchen and under the door out to the hallway. This is the reason for my lower rating.

I had no hot water for a shower. Room was not clean, stains on chair. Would not stay again.

Check in person was nice. Hallways were dark. I was put in a handicap room when I did not need one. Very noisy and LOTS of scary fighting noises from other rooms. Should have told me at check in that I needed to check out kitchen ware. Will NOT stay here again!!

Many young men hanging out that you had to walk thur to get to the front door. Once inside the hotel was fine

The room was dirty. I put towels over stuff just so I could sit and use it. No conditioner. Damaged walls in the bathroom.

I have stayed in this hotel at least 12 times in the past and recommended it to numerous colleagues. I won’t ever do that again! The hotel was FILTHY- I had to clean the tub before I could use it; the toilet was used - the refrigerator had mold in it- I needed to work on my computer and the WIFI was worthless- Additionally there were obnoxiously loud children screaming in the halls and slamming doors most of the night. The desk clerk was more worried about snacking and talking on her cell phone than she was helping… Never Again

Definitely can tell that people live there, not just vacationing, no frills, but people are friendly.

Everything was fine. Just need More than one luggage cart.

LIked - was close to Merriweather Pavillion & had a kitchen, Disliked - Noise from children running all night on floor above. No view out the window. Looking directly into a roof.

Did not feel safe or have a good feel about the property. We checked in then came back later in the evening to find three police cars and a gathering of people outside. We could not cancel so ended up losing our money rather then staying in an unsafe location.
