It was ok. We stayed 4 nights and got one day of housekeeping, because we asked for, and the person at the front desk didn’t liked it. Breakfast was ok, staff was polite, but some at the front desk were rude (the ones that stayed at night were very kind, thought).

Our room had fleas, wife and children's ankles were eaten up and they had to take antihistamine's for the itching. Staff did the best they could, but after one night my wife was unable to stomach staying there another night. Were it not for that flea issue I think the stay would have been perfectly fine.

My husband and I spent 6 nights at the hotel with our 3 month old baby and two dogs.
Breakfast: Typical breakfast for a hotel. They offered pork and non- pork meat options during our stay. Nothing great stood out about the breakfast nor did anything bad.
Pet experience: There is a small area designated for your dog to handle their business. Nothing special, but it gets the job done for a short stay.
Cons: Our bathroom tub clogged up. The location is somewhat far from the beach and local stores such as Walmart, Target, Dollar Tree, etc. However, there is a Publix right across the street from hotel.
Overall the hotel was great! This was my first time traveling with a new young baby and as a first time mom, I couldn't ask for a better experience. The room was clean and the hotel was well maintained.

Our stay was great. The room was exactly as described and I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room and the full kitchen. Breakfast could’ve been better. The sausage links lacked flavor and the eggs were a bit gummy. Would stay again.

The property is very convenient to the airport and all beaches. I was very disappointed in the Housekeeping, I was told every other day and it never came. I spoke to multiple front desk workers and the ball was dropped multiple times.

As soon as you walk in you smell the funkiness and was warm not cold or cool. In Florida with this heat I expect my hotel to be nice and cool. On top of that our room was cool when we got in so we didn’t paid no mind and thought it would get colder as we lowered the AC to 69. Well it never did it went from 74 to 76 so we are all women over 40 so we all rested very uncomfortably.
The hotel was dirty, hot, breakfast option was bad. Overall, our stay was unpleasant for the price and never staying at your hotels if I can help it.

The pictures looked much better than the actual property. The shower head was broken, so water was coming out of everywhere. The carpet in the room looked dirty and the room smelled humid/moldy.
The people in the reception looked more focus on their phone, then helping the clients. Whenever you asked for something, they sounded and responded like I was bothering them.
If you need place for a quick stop, this is the place. If you need a place to enjoy with the family a relaxing weekend, this is not the place.

1. Checked in late night. Room initially provided to us smelled of pee.
2. The night staff on duty Bill was excellent and helped as much as he could to make things better for us.
3. Alternate room offered here had hair on the bed. Obviously housekeeping did not bother to change bedsheets after the previous guest.
4. Third room offered had crumpled bedsheets - looked slept in and sheets not changed.
5. Fourth room offered had stained carpets however was ok to sleep in as we were unable to find any alternate hotels at 12:30 am.
6. We had planned to stay two nights here and opted to move elsewhere after the first night.
7. Corridors/carpets looks dated and dingy.

We had to book this room as a very, very last minute thing and it turned out well. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and even had a ceiling fan. LaTifah at the front desk was super nice when we checked in. Would stay there again.
