Took a family trip to Salem & Boston and had a great time. Hotel is well located, staff is kind and the hotel is well maintained.

Ive stayed here once before. Hotel is super close to Salem. A short drive from Boston. Danvers is a great little town with a ton of good food. My friend and I were in town for a few days to visit Salem. This hotel is wonderful. Its clean, beds are super comfortable, bathrooms are clean. Showers are spacious. Water pressure could be better...but that's just a preference. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. They always have coffee and hot water available for you.
And one small detail I appreciated. When handing me my room key, they didnt announce my room name out loud. Just pointed to it on the card. As a female traveler, who often travels solo, its much appreciated.

The hotel was better than I expected. The staff was lovely and overall the rooms were nice. It was quiet and mostly clean. Breakfast wasn’t bad. I would happily stay there again.

Close enough to Salem to be able to really explore, which was the purpose of our trip. Only about 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic but the room was comfortable and supplied everything we needed. Front desk was very pleasant each time we passed by. And lots of food options close by. We would happily stay here on our next trip.

It's a great place to stay and the price was right. Easy check in and the accommodations were fantastic. The room was neat and clean. Unfortunately, we slept in and missed breakfast.

My husband and I were there for 4 days, the service was very good. The room was clean, staff was very polite and the continental breakfast was good as well.

The young lady at the check desk was so nice. She was very accommodating when we requested a change of rooms because it smelled of cigarettes in our original room. Though this facility is older and lacks recent updates it seems they are keeping the facility clean. We were looking for economical for our family but clean and in a safe area. This fit the bill. The continental breakfast was very good. Bacon/eggs/omelets/sausage/cereal/toast/bagels/juice/yogurt. A little something for everyone's taste. This isn't a luxury 5 star hotel but it definitely is fine for a family friendly in the wallet stay.

Very nice place only thing that I didn’t line was the pillows little pillows for king size bed don’t understand it . But we did ask for 2 extra pillows and were brought to our room. Breakfast was ok overall nice place will stay again

Good location...clean rooms with everything you need...free breakfast a definite plus (and hot coffee available throughout the day)...friendly staff...good deal (financially) compared to other area options. Recommend.

This property uses a strong smelling spray in all areas that I found very offensive. It triggered my allergies. The fragrance stayed in my clothes and in my C-Pap mask and tubing. All of the above had to be cleaned when I arrived home. So many people have allergies and asthma ,those products should not be used. The front desk people were not well trained.

This Comfort Inn is clean, comfortable, and quiet. We had zero trouble with anything. The staff was great and the complimentary breakfast was actually pretty good. This will be my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Danvers.

It was old and smelly. I had asked for room to be cleaned and gave the notice they asked for and it never got cleaned even though I reminded them the morning it was supposed to be cleaned. They said yes you are on the list and then never came

The suite was huge and clean. General location was good for visiting nearby Salem and Rebecca Nurse Homestead. The immediate area didn’t have much in the way of restaurants and we were tired so we drove to a grocery store and grabbed some food to go which worked out fine.

Overall good value for the money; the service and overall cleanliness were good, and the much talked-about hot breakfast was a very good value. However, we discovered that rooms were only tidied up by housekeeping once a week - which is very odd, and unlike any other other hotel we've stayed at. This wasn't a big deal for a two-night stay, but it can be a big problem for longer than that.
