The property we stay at seemed old. Which is fine. It was clean. But the air conditioner sounded like a washing machine starting and stopping all night long. The shower was great! And I wish I had gotten the name of the lady at the front desk working Saturday morning. She went above and beyond to help us with our TV/remote and actually fixed it! Maintenance hadn’t come in yet and she took it upon herself to come and help us Which was refreshing! The coffee was great and the waffles and toast. But the biscuits, eggs and gravy were lukewarm. The rooms were not cheap so I expected a little bit better.

Great location, the staff was good, the place was clean. The fitness room needs lot improvement but other than that it was all good.

Friendly staff

Was great, except the first room they gave us smelled so bad of smoke we asked for a new one. Another guest also said smoke smell in hallway. It is a smoke free hotel that should not have happened. Once room was changed was great, clean, spacious, employees very helpful.

The staff was extremely unfriendly, when I first walked in instead of just a simple hello I was met with a dry .. “your ID “ no hello no hi are you checking in just a dry “your id” . Got my key and was sent on my way . Later the rooms tv was not working asked the same front desk lady for help which I was met with well all I can do is move you (at this point some in my party were asleep) so I walked back to the room and seen the remote didn’t match the tv model that was in the room thinking this might be the problem I walked back let her know and asked if she had a matching remote to which she replied with an attitude I don’t know anything about how remotes work. I didn’t catch the lady name but she had tattoos all over arms and neck , listen I know we all have hard days I should know I work customer service for spirit airlines so I’ve seen my fair share of rude guest put i definitely think some training needs to be done here. My family and I won’t be back

Lots of dining options and a great staff. Only concerning thing was the elevator dropping us a foot when we were coming down from the 3rd floor. We alerted the front desk because it scared us. We avoided the elevator the rest of our time there.

I have seen here prior and had no issues for some reason. Last night was a nightmare while checking in with my toddler I was given a room on the third floor, which wouldn't have been an issue if I didn't have all of our luggage and upset toddler when I got to the room, it smelled of cigarette smoke so I immediately turn around toddler and all the luggage into and went back down to the front desk, the front desk offered me another room on the bottom floor, which was a lot more convenient when trying to go to the room the key didn't work so again with all of our luggage and a crying toddler I turned back and went to the front desk I told her and she said can we try again for a third time exhausted with all of my luggage and my toddler and just wanting to get in a room I went back and tried one more time to get into the Room Was able to get into the room and when I went to take a shower, the towels were black and dirty. I went to the front desk and advised her of this yet there was nothing done no apology no offer of a new towel. No offer to make it right Was pretty upsetting

I shared a not so good review from a stay I had and I would like to amend that review.. I gave the hotel another try and they went above and beyond. They provided me a pack and play for my toddler, it was late when I check in and ran out of milk and they were so nice to get some for me from the kitchen so I didn't have to wake my toddler up to drive to the store to get some. The manager apologized for my bad experience and I truly appreciate all her and her staff did to make my stay so much better after delayed and cancelled flights. It made an already stress couple days way more positive. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with young kids it's quiet and safe and have a large variety of restaurants near by.

Easy highway access and to dining and shopping

When we arrived it was 116 degrees outside. The front lobby ac was not working. First impressions. The elevator is small, outdated and hot. Although thermostats were located in every floor's hallway, they were not on, so hallways were stuffy and hot. Our ac was barely blowing out cool air. My husband removed the filter and found it clogged and dirty. He took it into our bathroom and cleaned it, which helped. The outside pool area had no umbrellas to provide shade. On our 2nd day, my husband rearranged the armchair in order to view the extremely small TV. Behind the chair, we found a container of old, moldy food left by a prior guest. Disgusting. Tv is way too small and does not swivel. For a room this size, we found it unreasonable. Housekeeping staff very unfriendly. Never greeted us. Front desk staff were polite. Full breakfast was ok, but eggs are gross. Bathroom was clean. Grounds were clean. We had our grandkids with us for the weekend, and the room was spacious enough for us 5. I would not return and when my mother in law asked for a recommendation, I did not recommend this hotel. Good price.

Room was pretty clean but we really had a hard time getting the A/C to cool off the room. We set it to as cold as it gets which was 61 degrees but the room didn’t feel like 61 degrees, to be honest. My entire family had a hard time sleeping in a hot room

The breakfast was really good and the AC worked great. The beds and pillow were not very comfortable. Limited outlets in the room and our door didn't shut properly.

I had a great stay at Comfort Suites Peoria Sports Complex. Check-in was easy, and the attendant was friendly and receptive. The housekeeping staff was extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring my room was clean and providing extra towels when needed. The room itself was spacious with a comfortable bed, sofa, and a nice bathroom. However, I was disappointed that I couldn’t stream my shows on the TV as it was a bit dated and small. Despite this, everything else was excellent. The hotel’s location is convenient, with numerous restaurants nearby, easy freeway access, and a mall close by. Additionally, the hotel has a pool which is a nice amenity. Overall, I would definitely come back again.

The hotel was conveniently located to gas, restaurants and close to the freeway. Mostly, it smelled and felt clean. It had good amenities, including a nice breakfast. The parking could be better but overall, it was a nice stay.
