It was ok!

I dont know how this place is at 7 stars! Our room was just filthy. The shower was full of mildew, the tub dirty, faucet and shower head caked in scale buildup and the bathroom door had to be manhandled closed. The air had been left off all day and the room was easily 100 degrees. They may have done that to try and deter you from realizing theres no hot water. The beds had dirt that had to be wiped off and the floor was dirty. There was a crack i could fit my finger in between the door and jam and i was thankful the lock at least latched. In hindsight it now makes sense the door and beds were dirty because the dirt was just blowing in from the outside. Base boards filthy, paint peeling and shoddy caulk jobs throughout the room. If that room was that bad i cant imagine the rest was any better. It was just not good. I didnt expect a perfect room but with some cleaning and simple repair it easily could of been a lot better.

bathroom floors and tub weren't as clean as they should have been BUT it was very nice to have 2 in the queen suite! Beds and linens were clean amd comfy. Lady working the front desk at check in was pleasant.

We were here over the weekend and there was no cold water to shower. We were told it was because of the pipes and the temperature of the area.

Hôtel and rooms were very old. Cleaningness not good. Very noisy A/C. We do not recommend this hotel. The only good news is the price.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel room was very dirty and someone pounded on our door a few timea in the middle of the night.

At check-in, the receptionist provided all the necessary information about the room, breakfast time frame, and check-out. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast adequate. What made the experience especially nice was the kind, helpful receptionist.

The breakfast was a VERY poor selection. Apple, bread for toast & cold cereal.

Room was run down. USB ports didn’t. AC was poor. No hot water, warm at best.

Breakfast needs improvement. Best value for area.

Our room had several different bugs. The door didn’t lock properly sketchy

Checked in at 230am. Went to bed at 330am. Pulled sheets back to find nasty stains and BUGS in the sheets. No wearheratripping around door. Easy access for bugs to get in. Left at 6am. Requested refund. Was denied for that night. Granted for second night terrible! Why should I pay to sleep with bugs in a dirty bed!

High point was the desk manager! So friendly, ready to help at anytime!

Room not as clean as should be. Corners, behind toilet, etc. should be cleaned better. But A/C worked great which was really important in July.

We ended up staying here last minute. The room was nice and the AC was cold ,especially since it was 118! The only complaint I have is the bed sheets were stained. They smelled clean so I’m sure it was probably old stains that didn’t come out. Otherwise the place was nice and clean and the gal that checked us in was very nice and had the room ready for us right away. We would stay here again.

Very cool rooms for being in the desert but poor cleaning, and as we were leaving noticed an interesting stain on ceiling like old blood !!!

This is a nice hotel with a warm and harmonious atmosphere that makes people relax. I want to give people the feeling of home.

It was ok seemed clean but bad location.

We stayed one night on a quick trip out to California to break up the long drive. For what we needed, it was perfect! Close to the highway, close to a few stores and restaurants, and the staff was great! Bonus, we got in a bit early and they had a pool! It was great for what we needed. The area felt safe, too.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable and with the basic features (tv, microwave, fridge). A good deal for the price.

Pleasantly surprised by how good this property was! Great, great value for money!

Worst experience i had, booked non smoking room but comforters and room is smell of cigarettes property is too dirty there are homeless people felt no safety for cars
