Modern design-style hotel with good sized rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. In the area there's a good selection of restaurants from Greek to traditional German.
My only negative was the tiny bathroom in a room designed for 4. I'm not sure who designed this, but they need to have another think. A minor point otherwise as it's a good hotel.

It was ok nothing special. If youre staying here in summer and its really hot weather bring an extra fan because theres no air condition. The room is spacious and clean.

We come quite often to Dortmund to see our BVB playing. Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel we went to in Dortmund so far. At check-in, the staff was not able to cope with the lots of people arriving at the same time. Apparently, the fact that some of the guests were already drunk has not helped. Free parking skits offered covered app. 1/10 of the room based so we had to find one on the street. If you win or lose, there is always a reason to celebrate in soccer but the hotel only stopped the heavy noise after intervention on our side. On the positive side, rooms were spacious (but not the bathroom with app. 2 square meters), breakfast decent and the Sunday morning staff much more capable.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was larger than I was expecting. The tram stop is only a couple of blocks away so getting around the city was easy.

stays design Hotel Dortmund was a fantastic find for us. We were looking for somewhere on a tight budget, and the value we got for our money here was exceptional. The room was lovely and the staff were fantastic. There was very limited parking, for the size of the hotel, so finding a safe place for our hire car was a bit of a struggle, but we did check in very late in the day, so would have been one of the last parties to arrive. The surrounding area didn’t offer much, but it’s only a 20-30 min walk from the city centre, so that was no big issue.

Very clean and modern. We stayed for one night on a long journey so did not see much of the local area. Disappointed that there is no food available at the hotel and also it was fairly noisy at night, this could be due to rooms having no carpets. Overall a good shower and bed for the night.

Modern, clean and quiet! In a quiet neighborhood that is just steps from the tram stop. Parking is free but a bit limited number of spots. I was lucky to find one. The TV had the best screen that I have seen in a hotel. Nice small balcony.

Was not happy about the unexpected fees when arriving at the hotel. For a room that sleeps 4 the facilities within the room was very poor. There were no draws, wardrobe and not enough shelves. Room was very clean and bathroom was also very nice.

We only needed a cheap room to crash for the night while d driving trough Germany. We selected this hotel because of the low price and the free parking.

The staff is friendly. The room is spacious, very clean and with a large TV. WiFi very good.

We stayed quickly at this hotel as we were driving through Germany. We only paid 42 Euros which was very good value for money. The service was polite, the room was completely new and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small. The breakfast cost 9.50 per person and it was very good. We also got free parking just outside the hotel entrance.
