Host was very friendly.
The elevator was not working, so we had to wait a while to check into a 1st floor room, Not able to do the stairs.

The elevator was not working when we arrived and we would need to take stairs but clerk would carry my suitcase up ( I am 76) . Clerk said there was only a room on floor 2 available. When I told him my husband needed a 1st floor due to a hip replacement he had 5 weeks before he said if we would wait 30 minutes he would have housekeeping clean a room on 1st floor. Very nice young man. I wished I could tell you his name.
We really like the tiled floors in the rooms. More sanitary.
Will stay there again.

The elevator at this property wasn’t working and I wasn’t notified until check-in, I definitely would have booked somewhere else. It was a known issue and should have been disclosed prior to booking. Just in case you’re wondering, the sign at the property indicated that the elevator would be under repair until November 18, 2024. Fortunately, we were able to get a room on the 2nd floor as opposed to the 3rd or 4th floor which meant we the hike up was one flight instead of 2 or 3.

This was one of four different hotels I have stayed at in the city of Conroe. And by far the best. Very comfortable and clean ! AND they give you six pillows on your King size bed. It’s was great. The staff was great. Breakfast was good. Location was good. For being a busy hotel the two nights I was there it was loud or noisy at all.

The room and service were good. The problem was that this is a pet-friendly hotel and dogs were barking all night. This was on the third floor of the hotel and there were rooms across and next to me with pets. Perhaps they should consider placing pet rooms on the first floor.

It was a good place to stay clean and the bed was comfy. Newly renovated after the hurricane but the elevator at the time was a bit iffy. Loved it had no carpet in the room!!! No tub but shower was huge and water pressure adequate. One draw back for me was the breakfast offered was NOT allowed to leave the dining area… hubs and I like to eat at different times but don’t relish eating alone with strangers. Substantial carb breakfast both hot and cold.

Everything was really good, however, the shower could have been a little harder of a spray. It was a rain type shower head and came out kinda slow. It was harder to get the soap off and because the water was so soft. Other than this, the place was great!

Breakfast was great. I love the omelettes and coffee good. Bed comfy. A/C worked decent. It got kinda hot in night but I just lowered ac. Overall I’d stay here again!

From the time of check-in, we arrived at 3:45 and our room was not ready. But the Front desk associate was very helpful and was more than happy to put us in another room. We were visiting and wanted to find the area, so we were ok with the original room because we wanted to stay on the first floor. The room was neat and clean. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the Woodlands shopping and dining locations. The breakfast area was clean and neat. The breakfast staff was also accommodating. Every staff member from beginning to end was AWESOME. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Very nice hotel right off of highway. The breakfast was okay, room was exceptionally clean. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind and the housekeeping staff kept our room well stocked and clean. Our room was close to pool but was insulated well enough that we didn't hear anything from that area. Good price for the quick stay we had.
