Spent 7 nights in Dallas at different hotels and wished I’d spent all 7 here. It was by far the best budget hotel I’ve stayed at.

This has been one of my all time faves. Its quiet peaceful and one of the most comftarble hotels i know. The staff is amazing and very frendly they always greet me like an old friend. And they are very respecful and always willing to go out of their way to accomodate your needs.

This is a nice clean, quiet and safe place to stay. Easy access to DFW airport. The Front desk attendant that checked me in, was very friendly and accommodating. I’ll come back when I have future flights.

The service was good with clean a room. Location was great for being close to DFW Airport and not to far from Six Flags, Global Life Stadium, and AT&T Stadium. Customer service was good and helpful. I would come back again and referral friends/family
to go there.

No airport shuttle. Let me cancel and get reservation with rides to and from DFW. I needed to save money with next day flight due to delays. I did not stay at this hotel.

When our flight out of DFW was canceled after 1:00 a.m. we were thankful to find a property that had a room and would let us check in after midnight. The desk attendant was friendly and efficient, which we greatly appreciated after a long and frustrating day at the airport.

Got the basic room, mattress was terrible, room was old and worn out. There were no bugs in the room, but a giant dead bug in the hallway for the 5 days I was there. Despite housekeeping, nobody picked up this giant dead bug. I saw inside other rooms, they looked better than mine, but still, place needs a complete facelift.

The hotel has undergone renovation recently that makes the interior much nicer. Outside is yet to come, but it is not bad. I've stayed in recently renovated hotels that don't even come close in comfort and cleanliness. Very comfortable room, with working fridge, microwave, and TV. We watched the eclipse from the pool deck, and it was quite quiet and enjoyable. Devita was a standout for service and kindness.

Hotel staff were attentive and took care of us immediately! Our smoke alarm was chirping, so I phoned the front desk. He immediately came to the room and took care of it. Later, I asked for an extra pillow, and within 10 minutes I had an extra pillow. Room was clean and comfortable. Price was great!

Was very happy with the room. We checked in after midnight and the clerk said, “You’re late!” He was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

I had a friend in from out of town and we had a girls night! After a very late night it was great to come back to a comfy room to gossip and have more girl time. Will absolutely stay here again!!!

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Very kind and helpful staff. Felt safe being a woman traveling alone. The carpets, bedding and artwork very outdated, but this is as not a deal breaker. Appreciate a decent place to stay for the price. Would come again.

The man at the front desk was so nice and welcoming and I was in the hospitality industry for many many years and so I look for and appreciate these small things. Would go back when in the area simply because of his smile and attitude. Thanks for being so upbeat and welcoming!

it was quiet and nice but the continental breakfast needs some work food was cold , the rooms are big and spacious but a nice small couch setting would be more comfortable and make it better.thank you for a wonderful stay.till next year.

I stay at this location often and the staff are friendly, and rooms are always clean.

We at Regency every other weekend, but the last few times we have stayed we like to sleep in till around 9:00 which is not late morning. We can gear people in the hall around 7:00 and can’t sleep any later.we will stay at Regency again but hope this gets fixed.

We stayed here 1 night for a cowboys game and room was great and quiet but the only issue is the towels in the restroom were dirty.
