Property is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, efficient and welcoming. Drawbacks: difficult to get into the property and parking is pretty tight.

Upon arrival, there was a pickup truck across the entrance, with old countertops on the sidewalk. Construction was underway inside, including at the check-in desk. Hot tub was out of order. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, but the room had stir sticks on the floor. Black out shade only covers 1/3 of the window, so was quite bright in the room at night due to external lighting.

No cleaners ever seen on property for 4 days we stayed. We asked garbage to be emptied since we had food containers and they said it would be done but it wasn’t. Also property needs a complete remodel. Room repaint was poorly done with wall paint marks all o er ceiling. Front desk staff was good and I don’t fault them. Breakfast area staff attentive to that area as well. Just not enough employees for this property.

Libby posts "fresh baked cookies from 1-9p.m.". No cookies available . .desk person said they were busy. Maybe later Never produced them. Should take the sign down if not willing to make them. Little issue but effort shows that customer really isn't important since we even asked for them.

We checked in and went to the room and there were dirty towels in the bathroom. In addition, the entire room was filthy and obviously hadn’t been cleaned.

Hotel was ok for a one night stay, we would choose somewhere else if we needed more nights. The breakfast was ok, we have had better but we have also had worse. Staff was friendly when we checked in.

Fairly quiet and very nice restaurant right next door. I have stayed at other Country Inn & Suites and usually very nice. This one seemed run down. The bed was clean and comfortable. The main issue was the condition of the bathroom. The sink was clogged so drained very slow; there was a bad leak in the toilet tank, so it made a flushing sound every 2-3 minutes; and there was mold on the shower surround. We did complain to the desk staff with the hopes that these would be fixed. I'm guessing our complaint didn't get passed on because nothing was fixed. Oh yes, I think someone attempted to clean the shower?? Mold was still there though so I'm guessing the cleaner just rinsed out the bathtub and then left all of our towels on the floor which had been hanging on the shower rod to dry. Not impressed and will never stay there again of course nor would I recommend it to someone else.

Checked in later than usual. Hotel was under construction and the front doors were cornered off with a sign directing us to a side door. My husband can't walk and the side entrance was very handicap un-friendly with obstacles blocking the doorway. Very difficult for a wheelchair. A rock was holding it open. Normally a key would be needed to open the door.

This was not a good hotel. It was very very dirty. The hot tub and pool area look like they have not been cleaned in months. Grime everywhere, grates in the floor not attached, and then on top of that the hot tub was cool. It wasn’t cold but wasn’t very hot at all. The walls are thin, I heard my neighbors very well, plus there were noisy kids all over. Overall I would not stay again and feel it was a waste of my money. Was certainly not worth $125

It is confusing how to enter the property when coming off I-35. The bed was uncomfortable, and I could hear the people in the next room arguing and swearing. I could also hear a lot of thumping noises and doors closing. The breakfast in the morning was not ready until at least one hour past the time it was supposed to start. Many people had to leave before they got breakfast. My elderly parents sat for an hour waiting for scrambled eggs.

We stay here a few times a year when the weather is bad. It saves us from a long commute in snow storms. Property is always clean and quiet with friendly staff.

everything was good except my room had sheets hanging on the window for drapes. I had to tie them together in the middle and still they didn't cover the whole window. The light coming in at night and the strong sun in the morning left me unable to sleep for most of the night. I was too tired to ask to be moved to another room.
