Heat pump ventilation was broken. Very hot at night. Noise from next room due to shared passage door. Banging door at Ice and water station room kept us awake at night.
Small temporary armoire instead of real closet. Ironing board stored in room.

This is incredibly convenient to explore both the MIT and Harvard campuses and the staff was delightfully helpful. The rooms are a tad tired and the bath/showers old-fashioned for the top tier price we paid. But the beds were comfortable, it was quiet and we loved it as a walking base for Cambridge.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Very friendly staff. Check-in was easy. Paid parking available. There was at least one wedding party and another large party, but we were not disturbed in our room at all. Felt very safe. Walking distance to shops and great food. Would stay again.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Excellent bar atmosphere with great food and drink. However, difficult to sleep soundly due to overwhelmingly loud and constant noises from in-room AC unit.

The hotel room was a good size, the staff was very accommodating, we were able to walk or take the train to destinations. We appreciated that the room had a fridge and comfortable bed. Our AC didn't work the first day but they were able to get it fixed.

We felt that overall, the hotel was OK and in a good area and very convenient for us.

Everything about Le Meridien was wonderful. Its right in between MIT and Harvard. There are so many places to eat in the area. The hotel bar and restaurant are pretty darn good as well. Subway is just down a couple of blocks to go into the city. The hotel is very clean and modern. Will definitely stay here again.

My only complaint was it was difficult to get more coffee and creamer in the room. We started out with nothing but tea and decaf on the first morning we were there. So left the house keeper a note and they just threw it out but didn’t leave us anything we asked for. So then we went to the desk to ask and they brought more coffee but no cups or creamers so at that point I gave up. It’s a minor thing but I am an avid coffee drinker and I like to make a cup the moment I wake up and then lay in bed and enjoy it. It definitely leaves an impression on me when I can’t do that. Otherwise everything else was great.

Housekeeping came in to clean while we were gone even though we had the privacy notice on the door. There was no ironing board or washcloths when entering the room. The bath towels were rough and small. We were out in an ADA room without being asked. At checkout they stated I had a zero balance but could not provide a receipt.

Very nice area with easy access to the subway. The walk to Fenway felt safe and was about a 1/2 hour with many photo opportunities along the way. If I ever hit Boston for another Padre game, I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you.

Beautiful and clean property that is walkable to many areas around Boston and Cambridge/MIT. My only suggestion is that they have some sort of vending machine on sight. Closest convenience type store for cold drinks on a 100 degree day was a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again!

Looked like they had “surge pricing” for graduation weekend as we paid $600/night. For that price, it should have been a nicer hotel.
The bathroom had shabby towels (and only one for each of us), the sink didn’t drain (had to call a plumber) the shower liner was dirty and the box of tissues was nearly empty with no extra box on hand.

TV did not work, tap broken, no duvet cover! Duvet just plopped on bed between 2 loose sheets, very odd.
Breakfast also poor, no juices, stale bagel, raw fried eggs.
Same man on desk for 3 days, seemed to be slave labour.
