Disappointed. I had to change my room as there was a terrible whirring noise in the bedroom. Upon the change the new room had the same noise which kept me awake at night. I identified this to be the air conditioning unit which was situated right next to the bed and was vibrating.Also there was a large air conditioning unit outside in the corridor which was making a loud noise continuously.
With regard to the parking situation it took about five minutes just to get to street level as this was also a public car park.

This IS NOT a 4-star hotel. The property is old, dirty and the entrance is through a mall. Every staff member we encountered was rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend anyone stays at this hotel.

You made my best friends 55th birthday a spectacular event. She just wanted to spend time with her bestie and the beach. From the time we arrived we were served with such grace.
You accomdate a person with a disability and gave access to amenities. We are definitely doing another vaction here in June and bringing our families.

Majority of the staff at this property was incredibly rude. The photos online are not the same as what you get. It is incredibly inconvenient to find the lobby to check in. There is no main entrance and you have to go through the parking garage. This place needs major renovations. Do not waste your money on this location.

The overall stay was good, clean rooms nice pool. The only upside is the elevator situation. Took forever to catch an elevator and on one of three busiest weekends, one elevator wasnt working

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had in a while. First, when we arrived, only 1 elevator was working. People we waited up to 40 minutes at one point to get onto the elevator. We had to walk up 5 flights of stairs with all of our luggage to get to our room. Then we finally get there and there is a maintenance team in the room and they have taken apart the shower. They moved us to a different room, which had no AC. They had to move us again to a 3rd room. Horrible customer service and horrible experience all around.

Great location, easy access to beach, great pool area. However, waits for the elevators were extremely long so took the stairs plenty. Unfortunately we were met with dead cockroaches on the stairs daily. Rooms were spacious ans clean and staff were very good.

The weather was very bad, the hotel needs an indoor pool, the refrigerator and the telephone do not work properly, but the telephone was replaced quickly, The parking spaces are very tight and they should include it in the reservation since what they charge per night is quite expensive.

In order to get to the beach you have to go down 4 floors and walk thru the parking garage and run-down shopping mall.

Love the fact of having a room with a balcony. The concierge servive in the lobby is great when you are looking for something..they have all the answers.

There were issues with the room so we had to wait to check in. Once those issues were resolved by maintenance, we were able to check in and had a great stay. Very comfortable bed, nice view from the balcony. Would consider staying here again!

Nice size room with view of ocean. Great location. Pool deck was big and plenty of chairs. They had DJ one day and trivia another day. People were loud in halls in am but we were by the elevators.
