We were quite pleasantly surprised by how great our stay was at the Super 8 Reserve Missoula Hotel. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The parking lot was well lit. Breakfast the next morning was well managed with a nice variety of menu options. The price was surprisingly affordable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again when visiting the Missoula area.

We made a plan to visit Missoula. This hotel was just right for our needs for the weekend. The service was really great both in the evening and the morning. The hotel has a great location near the highway and across from the Montana Club. The only thing i would say that needs attention is the carpet and the toilet flow. Rooms were clean and met our needs. Thanks.

3 times in 2 days I had to go to front desk to exchange key cards which didn’t open the side door or my room door. Front desk asked if I had a smart phone(doesn’t everyone?) that could be deactivating the key card? Breakfast was average

I booked the King Suite and was very pleased. The room was very spacious and had a sofa for seating to watch tv. The bathroom had a stand-up shower and there was a separate room with a double sink and a jacuzzi tub. Well worth paying a little more to be comfortable.

Positive - they helped us out by allowing us to check in early. Negative- we were not informed of their policy to not refresh our room during a two night stay. Had to ask for clean towels at midnight when we returned to our room.

Dont pull the plug out of the sinks, you wont like what you see. Desk clerk was rude. Yogurt was put of date in the continental breakfast by months, not days. But the sheets were clean.
