The room was VERY cold. NO HEAT

The room was very cold and the heat didn’t work at all

You really have to pay the price.If you want a little bit decent and comfortable night,you have to choose a different hotel. The hotel smells like smoke and weed and anybody can enter in coz the backdoor is open all the time so I dont feel like we’re safe.

Upon arrival with my family, we had immediate concerns about the numerous people loitering in the parking lot and in the hotel lobby. The hotel had a terrible cigarette smoke smell throughout. During check-in, the hotel clerk was rudely interrupted by several people. One of which asked him for a cigarette! Against my better judgement, I completed the check-in process and we took our items to the room. My family and I felt very unsafe and didn’t feel comfortable staying at this hotel. After going to our room, we left to go to the event we had planned that night. Once the event was over, we decided we would drive the 8 hours home instead of staying at the hotel because of how unsafe we felt. We returned to the hotel to check-out.

The whole experience was horrible from the desk person telling me to go back to the bedbug room and wait. When I asked for a garbage bag and tape to secure my luggage I was told they didn't have either. I told him that we were not going to go back up there with a toddler (3 years old) and that I wanted a complete refund and to speak with the manager he told me that he couldn't assist me anymore and that I needed to contact the 3rd party company. I told him I wanted a receipt for my stay and I asked for it to say that bedbugs were the cause of my early departure he then went back to watching his movie on his phone. I told them they had 15 minutes to produce this or I would be posting the video I took with the bed bugs climbing all the bed. (Video attached) he then printed me a receipt and gave me the trash bags. The whole experience was horrible and I do plan on leaving a bad review as the lobby was filled with drug use after midnight and the homeless were just lying down in the hallways. This is unprofessional on so many levels that no one should be exposed to, especially not a child.

Please heed my advice, I knew I was paying for a two star hotel, but man this place didn’t even register a star. Dirty room, sheets, hallway. There was a fight in one of the rooms at 5 am. I saw a call girl leaving with an old man and she hung out at the front lobby. Again I’m no stranger to staying in less expensive rooms so that I can just put my head down for the night. But at this place I was getting up, expecting to find my vehicle on blocks with all the tires missing. Luckily that didn’t happen. Please be cautious of this hotel. It’s was the worst I have stayed at in all my years of traveling.

Room was ok. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom is small. The hallways smelled like pot

Door to room/locks didn't line up; so stranger walked into my room at 2AM. TV lost signal for several hours; Bed was on wheels so it rolled away from head, when I sat up to read in bed; several long hairs in bathroom.
