The shower leaked. In both rooms. There is no pool in the hotel, it is two buildings over and a public pool, overrun by the public.

This hotel located directly at Haifa beach is really nice, wonderful view to the beach. Good service, amazing breakfast and good WiFi. The rooms are different, some are news some are little bit older. But all together I’ll book this hotel again.
Minus points only for noisy trains directly besides the hotel, depending on which room you’ll get, this could be annoying. Also public facilities like pool and gym really need some renovation

It was a great stay we had at the hotel.

We checked in, and after seeing the cleanliness of our rooms immediately checked out. The bathrooms in particular were unclean. (a visible tide mark around the bath, and soiled toilet paper stuck to the bottom of the toilet brush holder). The manager agreed that their housekeeping needed a serious review, and offered a full refund. The staff whom we came in contact with were polite and friendly, but overall the hotel looks tired and neglected and in need of a good makeover.

I arrived early, front desk found me a room though it was before check in time, for me to put my luggage. Room was clean, spacious and comfotable. I loved the warm pool! Breakfast was also very good

We had our wedding night at the hotel, so we got drinks, wine and robes from the hotel. The level of maintenance and the level of cleanliness are mediocre. The suite has many indulgences - smart TV, coffee maker, sun beds and more.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, checkin done fast and easy.
What was disappointing is that the room was not properly cleaned - mirror, bathroom, window, even walls all were dirty though had signs that someone did clean them, just not good enough.

The lobby was nice, despite the long queue (they did hand out popsicles to the kids though), but it caused a gathering that we wanted to prevent. Second, breakfast was a mess - only 1 egg-maker, and 1 coffee-maker, which again delayed the entire day because it all became longggg... the rooms were clean, good size. the fridge and TVs were quite old and didn't work perfectly, but bed is comfortable and clean, and shower was big and tidy.

a spacious room. Amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea. Rich breakfast. Excellent location on the beach with lots of restaurants. There was loud music all night from the restaurants that disturbed sleep.

Location is wonderful right on the water. The size off the suites is also great. Rooms definetly need to be updated. There are stains on the carpet and furniture. Over all needs a face lift and a VERY good scrub. For 450$ a night i expected alot more.

they advertised on their website that the reservation included a free breakfast. Not so. Breakfast was only available for a fee. When I pointed this out to the staff, they did not respond.

One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. Great amenities, fabulous Israeli breakfast, beautiful pool and spa area with a boardwalk right outside of the hotel. We will definitely return there.

The breakfast is 5 star for sure! Rooms are more than adequate for beach vacation, but a little underwhelming if you're traveling for business.
Whenever I'm in Haifa, this is the only hotel I stay at.

We had a really good time there, the place had a wonderful view of the sea with great room locations, the food was fantastic ....they had everything on breakfast ....the staff was sooo nice and helpful ...if you are checking in...look for Suzan, she will make everything possible .
