Great location and price!

Upon arriving we always check the beds. One of two was not clean and had a large amount of body hair all over the sheets. The telephone did not work at all. Stayed two nights and only had internet service one of those nights

We got to our room to find that there was about 1/8” left on the rollbot toilet paper roll, with no additional roll. A long black hair was on the floor next to the tub/shower. The hair dryer was broken and did not work. onnthe positive side, the front desk clerk was responsive when the issues were brought up to him. The beds were comfortable.

The exercise room had home owner quality cardio equipment with a large rip in the only bench. There was no way to clean anything in the room and no place to get water. Hotel needs upkeep and repair. Friendly front desk staff.

The bed was very comfy, with lots of pillows! The water pressure was to be expected in a hotel, but it was very hot which was appreciated! Advertised as continental breakfast, and only "cold" items were available, with the exception of a waffle iron. All in all, it was not bad at all for the price of the room. We were pleased

Stay was so-so. Hotel was quiet and staff was helpful and friendly. Several things - safe in room, washing machines, were out of order and not working
Shower was difficult to use because of the placement of the faucets and shower head in the middle of the shower wall - not the end of the shower

The property is a little tired. The breakfast is very basic and I guess what you would expect: cearals, yogurt, apples, boiled eggs, waffle, coffee and tea. The hot tub was just a warm pool .. maybe it needed some time to heat up or not working properly

Nice place , nice breakfast.
Don’t use the swimming pool and spa there are too many chemical (chlorite and maybe other chemicals) in the pool and spa. I ruined my swimming suit.

The staff were so sweet and incredibly helpful. They recommended restaurants nearby and even told us which ones offered discounts for staying at the hotel. They shared fun things to do in the area and were all around very pleasant. Your staff makes this place 10 times better!!!!

Our King room was great with everything you need. Pleanty of places to dine from fast food to fine dining we had a chicken fried steak near by. I would have given it a excellent but breakfest was lacking... maybe i was to early as wife said they put out more when she went by.

Very limited breakfast choices for free breakfast compared to other hotels at some price point. In room fridge had food left inside from previous guest. For smoke free the hotel halls smelled like pot a lot of the time.

They had a policy about how they clean every 3 days!! When we areived, there was food from the previous guests under the bed. The toilet was nasty too. Not once did they clean our room in our 3 day stay. Terrible.

This is an older hotel but it was clean and served it's purpose. Staff was super friendly and kind.

We have stayed at this property for over 7 years and watched the property slowly deteriorate physically and management wise. This time our stay was terrible, our room was dirty, including items from the previous occupants. The bathroom above overflowed their tub and flood their bathroom, and the property mgr. told me to come to the front desk for towels to soak up the water because his staff had departed for the day. The day before there was no room service without explanation. Breakfast was old cereal, and muffins, and they were out of batter for waffles early Saturday morning. The property did nothing to compensate us for our inconveniences.
We will not return to this property ever again.

Staff was professional and kind. Rooms were well maintained and nice. Bathroom had plenty of space for two adults to move around

The room we book was advertised as a "mountain view." The view outside of window was of weeds and some trees. There was absolutely no mountains that you could even really see from the property. The room.has a musty smell. The breakfast was terrible. It was advertised as a "hot breakfast." The only thing that was hot was the DIY waffles. Everything else was cold.
I wouldn't stay here again.

Comfortable stay and staff were wonderful and eager to help with anything needed. Small things could use some support (comforters, room phones, and window screens. Overall, for a business trip I had everything I could need and enjoyed my stay.

The coffee pot in my room was full of water and slimy, so unable to use. The cost to stay was to high. Otherwise the stay was fine. Susan at the front dwsk was very helpful and super kind.

There are a couple different signs for the motel so it is confusing as to where the office is. Not convenient to the hot tub and weight room/laundry. Very convenient to all the shops and “square”.

My wife lost a earring so when we looked behind the tv we found a bloody napkin and a used dusty needle so at checkout we were told to talk to the owner a week later we called back and he said to bad in short term plus it’s a haven for drugs obviously stay clear

Building and rooms have significant deficiencies: 1) Smoke detector is not operable; 2) Room phone is disconnected; 3) Toilet water tank is very loose from base; 4) Window screen is severely damaged; 4) Security is compromised by persons propping open the side exits; 5) "Free" breakfast is poor quality. But, the staff is very friendly and eager to help.
