Huge room that was very well laid out. Great amenities. Only issue was shower door wasn’t level and wouldn’t close.

We stayed here one night. When booking, the room included 2 free breakfasts. This was not honored. The staff claimed to have no record of this and it was highly embarrassing. I finally was able to locate the information on the third party’s site that I had used to book the room but was not treated well by staff when I informed them I had paid- I was made to feel like a liar. It was very inappropriate and unprofessional. I will not stay at this location again based on this incident.

Very nice hotel with a comfortable bed, nice seating area, and good water pressure. They welcomed my Olde English bulldogge, Zeke, for a fee of course. It is conveniently located near Marshall University, and there are several dining and shopping locations within a few minutes walk.

Room was clean, dropped daughter to college was glad for convience of being able to stay in town.

Great location, convenient to Pullman Square and the beautiful riverfront park. Ahopping, dining, gorgeous flowers everywhere!

My only gripe was the parking. I had to park in the parking garage behind the hotel which I later learned they validate in full the parking and have reserved spots inside the garage for overflow. I just wish I would have known this before arriving. Other than this, the hotel was very clean, each and every staff member went above and beyond to help. Room was quiet and cozy… very happy with the room. Will stay here again if given the opportunity.

The room we booked on line was completely different then the picture of what we had chosen. I needed that specific room for my son with needs. The sink drain wouldnt stay open and we couldnt wash our hands or brush our teeth. When we went to desk, she gave us free breakfast passes and said she was so sorry. She was actually extremely nice, but my room purchase came woth free breakfast already. We will not stay here again due to this.

We have stayed here a few times. The service is always excellent. The rooms are comfortable and breakfast buffet was good.

The hotel was wonderful! We were traveling with our two dogs for the first time and the staff was very friendly and made the stay very easy! Great beds, great room, and great service!!

Definitely the best hotel in Huntington. Everything is great except the restaurant. They still use styrofoam containers and the food is relatively low quality.

Great location, restaurants all around and within walking distance. The staff could be a bit more friendly, and make sure you check the arlarm clock in your room someone before us set a very early alarm and it blends into the table so easily you don't think anything about checking it.

We came into town for a concert and was pretty impressed with this hotel. I really wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it was. I like positive surprises! We travel a lot and have seen the best and the worst but this place was solid. It was clean, had a full friendly staff, everything was in good shape and functional (a KEURIG coffeemaker as I HATE those little useless ones we often encounter.) They even had a decent buffet breakfast that stays open later than typical. Parking was on site and free. To best illustrate their customer service; we were given a room where the toilet was running (loudly) and we jiggled the handle to make sure it was actually an issue, and it was. So I was like "nope!" I went to the front desk, explained the situation and they immediately reassigned us to another room. In addition, they had already dispatched maintenance to resolve the issue. In contrast,one of the last places we stayed was not so accomodating where there was no shower curtain in an ADA curbless shower room. We did not require ADA facilities but were not opposed to staying in an ADA room. However, the lack of a shower curtain in a curbless drain setting is not condusive for anyone's shower. However, when we inquired about the situation, they told us to "go ahead and shower" and promised housekeeping would clean up after us! Needless to say, we didn't do that. This was at an Intercontinental in Spain v. a well run Marriott/Delta property in a small town in WVA.
