Really like the stay the power outage took my by surprise and was out for so long the room got hot fast.

It was doable for the one night. Checked in at shortly after midnight and checked out at 5am.. security took my key as there was no clerk. It’s an old property that look exactly like the photos. In those few hours I left my charger and my friend that lives in Freeport called only to have them say they found no charger. That bothered me that it vanished that quickly.

Would not stay here again not even as an emergency stay. Room a/c did not work at all! Building needs an extreme update inside and out.

The room carpet was dirty you could literally smell it , housekeepers made no effort to cover the smell , pillows are small like airplane pillows. Front desk ladies need a better attitude. Air conditioner kept me up throughout the night it was really loud . Shower heads need to be changed and bed quilt was so old it wasn't even puffy anymore it was like a soft rug.

No check in until 3 PM after waiting at an empty desk for 10 minutes. Came back at 5 and was told to step aside for someone else that came out of nowhere. Took 20 minute for them to check in, then 20 more for me in miserable heat and no AC. Takes 6 pieces of paper and another $8 gouge for "local tax" even though already paid a LOT of fees and taxes. Tiny ants in the room. Lousy restaurant. Stay away!

Perfectly serviceable hotel with large rooms and a good location. A noisy street on one side, and on the other side the poolside bar blasts music so loud you can't even have a conversation by the pool.

The staff are great, the room is passable, the towels are awful, the bathroom floor is dirty. There is no shampoo, just 2 little bars of soap.

Firstly there was a unexpected online booking charge of 8 dollars not stated
Then I was put in an already occupied room

Cheap, clean rooms, and friendly staff, but be aware that this hotel is downtown and nowhere near the beaches or other attractions. I also had no hot water.

The area is convenient. It’s the most affordable property. It’s ok but they have the most inconvenient and annoying towel policy. All Towels are taken out of the room at cleaning and not replaced until much later in the day. There’s nothing more annoying than coming back in from the beach or pool to shower and head out and finding NO towels to use. I don’t understand the policy.

Good for price. Clean rooms and hotel. Beware if you have an issue with down pillows. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent BBQ by pool bar Thursday thru Sunday.

When i first arrive the air-condition was not work so we were moved to another room. We we're locked out twice. Also noones at the frontdesk after hours why is that?

No toiletries, no hair dryer, lousy water pressure, TV kept putting advertisements on the screen every couple minutes. Restaurant coffee was lousy instant. Pretty sad operation.

No breakfast was served as mentioned in the reservation. When ask they told me there isn’t any breakfast. Also they have charged an extra $40.
