I love the amenities pools and sauna perfect for after long day of skiing food was good and friendly staff.

We loved this hotel. It is elegant and has super nice touches. It feels like a 5 star in many ways, but not quite! the bedding is great and pillows awesome. The bathroom is laid out beautifully, but the best part is the staff. They are kind, helpful and just lovely. Everyone from the bellman to the front desk to the restaurant! The location is great, too!

Free shuttle from train station was waiting when we arrived. Driver took our bags loaded, unloaded, and placed them in our room! Once in the room, a rep from the hotel delivered chocolates and breakfast room service info, she checked to ensure everything was perfect in the room. At checkout, the clerk gave us two bottles of water for our trip. Shuttle driver loaded bags and took us to the train station again. This hotel really has customer service perfected!

The hotel is located up the hills from the train station , so we took a taxi (overpriced) to get ourselves and Our luggage to the property. We were Then told at the desk that there is a hotel shuttle that will come to pick you up . It would have been nice To know that ahead of our arrival. Our room is comfortable, but there is a choice of keeping the window open and heating constant tra fric noise or closing it and getting too warm . No AC in the rooms makes for an uncomfortable summer visit.

The hotel was spotless clean, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is good, breakfast was great. I highly recommend it and would use it again when I am in Lugano again.

No third option. Either we sleep with warm room or deal with the outside noise with an open window. We picked to sleep with an open window and got only 2 or 3 hour sleep. Very inconvenient!

The staff was excellent. Room was rather small. There was no thermostat in the room. So, it became hot and dry.

Location is excellent! 2 min walk to ski lift. Ski school and ski rent with equipment storage are next buildings to ski lift. Restaurants and shopping of any kind 1-2 min walk. Hotel parking: across the small street. Breakfast is wonderful and included. Staff is polite and professional. Ask to arrange your activities: restaurants, train tickets, ski instructor, ski lift pass and they will help all the way with minimal effort from you. Sauna, steam room and much more perfectly operational, well done and included. Rooms have everything needed with connecting doors for families if needed. Prices are very competitive. Minibar with free refills daily with water, soft drinks and beer. Awesome place! Would go again!

Booked a classic double and it was a very nice room. Housekeeping does an amazing job - very pleased! There was turn down service in the evening. Check in was a little less than warm and welcoming, but the staff at reception were helpful. Breakfast was fabulous - great staff in the breakfast room!! The hotel is well managed. Mini bar is complimentary. Robes and slippers, amenities are great. Hotel is quiet - very nice. Only complaint were the very soft pillows - difficult to sleep with, hardly any stuffing. Overall though very pleased.

Very nice lobby and room, it’s in the center of town. They will take you to and from the train station. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very good.

Very competent hotel. iPhone charger accommodation might be upgraded. Very clean and orderly.

Don’t let the exterior photo fool you. Although the photo makes it look like a giant ice cube, it does not look like that in actuality. It is a perfectly lovely hotel with kind and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and all the amenities you will need. Would stay again.

Friendly staff yet feels outdated. - Close to the center and a block away from the ski tram. - Sure, it’s supposed to “look/feel” classic/mountain resort, yet carpeted bedroom floors? (Supports people walk around indoors with dirty snow boots).- No hot tub (I missed that when booking) Spa/Sauna is ok, nothing special.- Minibar all included, a few beers. Did receive a free upgrade due to Expedia GOLD, nice view over the roundabout outside. It’s an ok hotel, wouldn’t stay again unless updating it.

It was a bit strange finding smokers in the bar but apparently it is allowed in St Moritz! Otherwise a really nice place

Good room, great location for ski lift access. Service was friendly, but often not so well functioning.. For example, we asked in the morning, if the restaurant is open for lunch. The answer was, yes the restaurant is open until 22:00. When we entered the restaurant at 14:10, we were told that lunch ended at 14:00 and only small menu is available. Still got something to eat, but... We ate in the hotel restaurant every day. Sometimes the food was really good, sometimes really bad, often pretty good. Not once was I asked, if everything is okay with my food. Usually not even after the whole meal. No one was arrogant, neither anything was intentionally done badly. Still, too many errors and constant chaos.

Great location and service! Great food and bar! Loved the piano entertainment every night.
