Room was decent and clean. Bed needs an upgrade. Mattress was well worn, uncomfortable and had what I think was a heated mattress pad on it which the plug was in my back.

So many things not working, starting with door lock, then TV, AC (heat), electric blankets, then table legs fell off. All issues fixed 'promptly' and very politely but should not have happened at all in my view.
Fridge heavily iced up; shower slippery. Bathroom nice though, and bed comfy.

This has become our go to motel for road trips that require a stop over in Warrnambool. Rooms are always clean, bedding clean, bathrooms clean, easy access for parking cars. Value for money is excellent

First time at this motel & we were reasonably pleased with it. Convenient parking close to room, bed clean & comfortable, bathroom fine and good TV once you worked out the channels on the remote. We ordered egg dishes for breakfast which came with toast but no butter or salt & pepper though were provided on request. My husband did like the 3 egg omelet with ham and cheese! The lighting was quite dim in the main room and could do with improvement.

Our room looked nothing like the one we booked on the internet despite paying for the upgrade. Sheets were so starchy that any time someone rolled over, the noise woke the whole room. We accept the motel is on a highway but the windows were so thin that we were kept awake by the traffic. The bathroom floor was dirty - hair and dust around the skirting - and the floor was extremely slippery even when not wet.

That is, they are very good, with some being outliers; these being excellent to not so good. The propriety I have just stayed at was the later.
