Great stay. Quiet. Close to everything. Only complaint is I asked for housecleaning the night before my last stay and didn’t receive it.

Great last minute set up for my family given a previous bad experience with another establishment and a five hour drive. They had complementary cookies and coffee which was welcoming. The desk clerk was really helpful and gave us a few spots to have dinner and shop at. Parking was $5 per night which was better than if we stayed at the location that didnt work out. There is also an Aldi near buy for some food shopping. We did not expect what we were in for, which was a nice two bedroom apartment/suite, with a nice little kitchen and a table for four in the living room. The location was about 15 minutes from DC. It was clean and comfortable, however it is a "Pet friendly" establishment and we are not pet people. It was evident from the condition of the furniture and a few pet hairs that made it on to our luggage. Luckily we prepare for our trips by bringing our own linen and pillows, as one of the bed sheets had an "accident" stain on it. There is a court yard with some grills for guest use which looked clean and well kept. Overall, given our lack of familiarity with the brand, and being a last minute booking, this was a really nice location, with more "bang for our buck" and would definitely be up for consideration for a future stay.

This is a nice hotel for a longer stay- room layout is great and location is good but could be a little cleaner, on the first floor there were several bugs coming in the room. I had a few safety concerns, lots of people hanging out in the courtyard smoking pot and drinking late night and early morning. I don’t know if they were guests or not.

Water pressure was very lacking, the door keys barely work as it seems the slot too loose for the magnetic strip to read reliably. A lack of quiet hours observed by the guests. The internet left a lot to be desired as well as the wifi barely functioned

Gone downhill from prior visits. No breakfast and $5 charge per day for parking. Large groups hanging out at night and common areas dirty as a result.

We just needed two rooms for one night, but we ended up getting bumped up to two two-room suites for free, which was great! The staff were very nice, and the rooms were clean and well-supplied.

Clean, simple accomodations in the Falls Church area. I spent most of my time in downtown Washington DC and used public transportation to get there from this hotel. There is a bus stop within a five minute walk that takes you to thr Metro station, and from there it's easy to navigate to the main tourist destinations, but this whole process takes about 45 minutes. I appreciated that there is a grocery store right next door to the hotel, as well as plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I had an issue with my key cards not working on the 2nd day of my stay and the front desk were able to resolve it relatively quickly. I was travelling alone and felt safe the whole time during my stay.

It wasn’t what I expected. The laundry service was inconvenient, sparse and costly.

Expedia is not a great sight to use they make it harder for you to get your money back when something goes wrong like driving 4 hrs eith 3 kids at night to just be turned around in the dead of night because of a broken id they would not except at the hotel

Rented two bedroom suites, the AC was not functioning and the carpet was sticky.

Check in staff very friendly and helpful, appreciated how quite our room was. Will stay again when visting our son & his family.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean…good value. Location is excellent. Easy to get to everything, and plenty of places within walking distance. Only drawback was not being within walking distance of a Metro stop. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay.

Nice clean and safe

Staff were outstanding. There is a night club near by with noisy band. There were many utility trucks taking up many spaces.

Arrived on time. The room we had on the reservation was not available at that time. The desk person offered is a free upgrade. Our room was great. This Sonesta had everything we could ask for, the room was great. They covered every possible need. The kitchen was fully stocked with all essential. The room was perfect, and even though it was handicap accessible great. Free parking, comfortable beds, all essentials. Had a great time visiting DC. It was conveniently located to the metro train and stores for food and such were near by. Terrific stay, also pet friendly, Upon returning to DC area, we would definitely stay here again.
