Staff is very friendly and helpful but the building really needs to have some money put into it. Furniture is old and beat up, outside door lock is does not work, etc. Facility is far below par

The room was fine and the bed was too. The showe was great. The toilet and shower room was a bit cramped. The two main things were the back door into the hotel rooms was unlocked. Anyone could get in even though it was supposed to open only with a room key. The breakfast was not much. No eggs or anything like that. Some places have that but I guess that’s okay.

Decent stay. The room was clean but had a strong smell of mildew. Room could benefit from a dehumidifier to help reduce the smell. Overall it was a one night stay and got the job done.

The room was paid for with a card and then i get there and am charged a 100 dollar deposit, if i would hv known this i would hv gone somewhere else closer to downtown. Room was great and okay. Need to make ppl aware of the deposit when you pay with a card

Room was clean but had a couple of sad things. No stopper in the sink, rough places in the sheetrock in bathroom. Couch and chair were worn looking. But roon was large and comfortable. Breakfast was just ok. No protein (eggs, meat etc.) But there was waffles! We were looking forward to a morning swim before we left. The indoor pool was clean and pretty but too cold to get in.

I had two rooms for this stay. There was eight people in the group. The rooms were very comfortable. Not recommended for children who like to play on electronics. WIFI did not work on the second floor which is where the rooms were located. One room had no remote for the tv. Clean rooms and friendly people. No not breakfast unless you want hot cereal, it was a nice place to stay for overnight.

The staff were super friendly. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water.
The pool was freezing. We had a reservation for 4 people, however they only gave us 2 small towels. When asked for more we were told the policy was if we wanted new towels we had to bring down our 2 dirty towels to enchange for 2 new towels. We should have automatically started with 4 since our reservation was for 4 people.
There's no elevator so dragging all of our stuff upstairs wasn't fun.
The last day of our stay we found a cockroach in the bathroom. Disgusting!
