Our room was changed to a wheelchair accessible room.. which I didn’t like… no bathroom counter space. However it was cleaner than the time before. I could not get a receipt due to booking from choice hotels.

Staff. Very nice. Bathroom was run down and mold on ceiling.

Staff is so courteous. The breakfast is very good & Ms Denise takes great care of you at breakfast time.

The staff was top notch, but the sheets and towels felt a little dirty.

Awesome Location....The leather is pealing off the chairs In the Dining Room...I stand up to eat my breakfast. All the chairs was like that.

THIS PLACE SMELLED BAD. ROOM WAS OLD AND IN NEED OF REPAIR. WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

Greeted nicely when I arrived. Left early before breakfast.

1st room assigned bathroom floor was flooded, second room assigned the AC was not working correctly, this property is in poor condition , could not get on the Internet, the password word given did not work, hotel did have a good hot breakfast.

Stay was good up until checkout time. Upon checking out 1 hour early, my debit card was charged A LARGE FEE for a room that SMELLED like smoke... I DID NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE ROOM. I DID NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE BUILDING PERIOD... When i called the hotel and spoke to the manager on duty said i was being charged because the room smelled like smoke and that she found cigarette packs and cigar packs on the GARBAGE CAN... Yes i do smoke and i did smoke OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING EVERY SINGLE TIME. I traveled with my husband and 2 kids ages 10 and 3 years old... i would never smoke in an enclosed area with my kids in the same room. I dont do that at my home that i OWN.. i go OUTSIDE RO SMOKE. And yes there were EMPTY PACKS IN THE GARBAGE BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT TO THROW IT IN THE PARKING LOT NOR ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE GARBAGE CAN... SO THAT EXPLAINS THE EMPTY PACKS...THERE WAS NO DRUGS, ALCOHOL, OR ANYTHING ELSE ILLEGAL IN THE ROOM... ONLY EMPTY PACKS... I WOYLDNT STAY HERE EVER AGAIN... AND THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE SOUR MOP WATER UPON CHECKIN AND LASTED THE ENTIRE STAY.. BUT I DISNT COMPLAON ABOUT THAT...

the place is clean and nice at front and the stuff was real nice to but the room is not what you get i feel like i should have be cleaner for the price and the of built room dont feel good i feel like i can run throught the wall with a litte bit of force

Quiet area and friendly service!

It was close and easy to find. Breakfast was great and the people very nice to us. We would stay there again when visiting Bolixi.

Everything was nice and clean the service was excellent

Both front desk ladies were very kind and friendly. The bed was super comfortable as well!

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Our rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was good also. It was convenient because all the places we needed or wanted to go were not very far from the hotel.

Location is great . 10 minutes from the beach. Staff was great. Only problem was the elevator was not working .

Bathroom wasn’t all the way clean. The whole bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Great stay though.

Nice place

The hotel seems to be run down. There are stains on the carpet. Air conditioning on third floor near elevators was leaking on the tile floor. The wall where it meets the base boards is tattered showing wear. The door to our bathroom was in disarray with the top layer separating and looking bad. Also walls were scuffed up especially from entrance door hitting closet doors. There were stains on the couch. There also was scuffs and scratches on furniture. The breakfast woman was very personable, polite and friendly. She stayed on top of everything.

Problems with elevators. Cancelled our stay for Sunday night and was charged a cancellation fee. When we asked about it the gentlemen told us we had to cancel by a certain time which we did to not be charged. That is our only issue. Will I stay there again maybe.

Nice staff

Older hotel but very clean. They have lots of updated decor and lines were great. Great big cozy towels. We would stay again
