I was given a room at the very back of the hotel. The room had no tissue in the restroom, no bed sheets on the bed, or linens on the bed at all. I couldn’t believe it. I was moved to another room, however that room had roaches crawling everywhere. Plus, after my experience in the first room I just didn’t feel comfortable staying at this place anymore. I will say the front desk staff were kind when I asked to check out only a hour after arriving. They also processed a refund for me. I will never stay here again though, or recommend it to anyone!

No phone and tv didn’t work

I didn’t arrive till 115am n when I got there the front desk attendant wasn’t pleasant at all (maybe because it was so late, but that’s no excuse) then he puts me in the farthest room possible where a family checked in after me and apparently had rooms upstairs and downstairs from me and kept talking loudly back-and-forth at 2 AM also the TV didn’t work, the shower wall was ripped, the toilet paper was not placed in the holder, and the floor seemed incomplete it was missing some tile panels and the pool was closed. Slept fine but not till 330am when the family finally shut up!

There was nothing like.It was a horrible experience. I made a huge mistake by making a reservation online. The pictures really fool me. We got there midnight tired from a long drive. The lobby looked somewhat decent. But once we got to the room WOW a huge disappointment. The room was filthy it seemed like they haven’t washed the linens for months. There were blood spots on the wall. Flies everywhere. The bathtub had mold built in, so gross. I wanted to cry and get out of there.

the outdoors were very dirty. flyes and cokroach everywhere. the bathroom was dirty. I didnt had a shower. all the vending machines were broken. the room smell cigaretes very much.

Just bad... we paid at the front desk they ended up taking the money off my card for security deposit and then recharge me for staying in the room again so I got double-charged watch them if you dont pay for it over the phone dont give him a card

Could easily see that the bed sheets were not clean. Management offered to correct the situation, but didnt show up to do so. Asked for and received a refund and went went to another hotel.

It was ok just needed for one night but would like if they had a blow dryer, iron and ironing board in rooms

I’m traveling for work. I’ve done Motel 6s and been fine with them. This was a whole other level. I’m sure there could be worse, but I don’t want to find out. I usually book 1 night to see how it is. I was out after one night. If you’re in Los Banos, look elsewhere. I found the New Star Inn to be well kept, even though on the old side.

My stay was for one night traveled for a wedding website advertised a swimming pool when arrive pool was not even in use was abandon dried up owners said they didnt want to bother even trying to fix it up and fill the pool cost too much and safety issues for kids being left alone.Had issue with bedding found hair under my pillow a dead bug under the bed sheet and pillowcase looked as if it had mildew on it but room service States is just markings from washer.bug was crawling on wall outside by front door AC didnt not work good. And it was 103 that day. filters were clogged and dirty.8Sign in lobby when check in says if you do not like your room within 30 minutes you can change or refund I was not informed of that and plus it was hidden behind a plant or else I would have got a refund and look for another hotel. Overall I was not satisfied

There was bugs in the bed! It wasn’t just one but a few.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The only reason I stayed here was to watch the NCAA finals and the TV was so fuzzy that I could hardly see it. The front desk did send down a handy man who jiggled the cords and made it a tiny bit better. The bedspread had burn marks and huge stains on it but the worst was the condition of the sheets. HUGE, gross stains and burn holes - I really should have left but my handicap mother was exhausted so we powered through. Showed the photos to the front desk girl the next day who assured me the manager would call but have yet to hear from anyone. Don't drive 15 miles off I-5 when Santa Nella is only 9 miles further and has rooms for similar prices!

Great location and friendly staff. Rooms are getting an upgrade and looking forward to the completion of it to see how greater the rooms look.

This is a budged hotel. If you know what to expect, this will suit you fine. Although the floor and fixtures were badly stained, the room was clean and reasonably comfortable.

Their were 20 flys inside it took 20 minutes to kill them

I rate this Red Roof Inn in Los Banos 5 stars because the staff were all so helpful and kind. If anything is wrong in your room they will take care of it even if it means switching rooms. The customer service there is excellent. The rooms were clean and the continental breakfast every morning was a nice way to start the day.

Was clean but otherwise not impressive. Was way off of I-5. Claimed to have business center but didn't, although proprietor did allow internet services when asked.

The manager was really nice. The rooms looked like an apartment that had been lived and not cleaned. I really didn't like it at all. I would not recommend it to anyone.

This is a simple, basic Motel, but the couple who operate this property were very friendly and helpful. For example, when I said I would be leaving before their normal breakfast service in the mornings, they invited me to come by the office in the evening and pick up cereal, milk, juice and pastries to keep in the fridge my room. Room was clean, and had a comfortable bed, hot shower, coffee pot, microwave, working TV - that's all I need on a trip like this.

If you like poor lighting, spotty internet service, dirty rooms, and overall shoddy hotel, then this is the place for you! Nice folks running the place, but that is the only nice thing I can say.
