Our stay was fine. There were not enough shower towels in the room. It would be helpful if there were additional towel hooks or bars to dry our shower towels.
The water pressure in the shower was inconsistent.

Great place, however nowhere in the booking that breakfast was a seperate cost when staying at the hotel. Also was not informed when checking in.

Room cold 65 degree but AC thermostat broken so could not be set to maintenance person gone for the day at 5:30! Heat setting not working. Got extra blankets delivered & space heater. Then toilet flush chain broke. Had to reach in water each time & lift valve to flush. Phone charger next to bed intermittent. Same with 110 outlets on same built in strips. So phone 50% charge in the morning. Nice clean big room with comfy bed. These modest annoyances. But otherwise okay.

This hotel is in a good location. Room was dated, electric curtains didn’t work, clock didn’t work, and they make the bed and change towels every other day, but staff was very helpful and got us clean towels.

Loved the attentiveness of the staff and location regarding downtown. They offer a wonderful breakfast and have a bar for the evening and an outdoor area with fireplaces. Literally the staff was amazing. It’s actually a pretty short walk down to the core - and for the money, this hotel is a fantastic value.

The pool was closed and has been for a while and it was not posted anywhere on Expedia or in the lobby.

The pool was not available because it was under construction. The staff was often absent from the reception area and we had to wait for a while or look for them. But they were nice and helpful when around.

The check-in time is late 3PM. We were told that we could not check in yet because the room was not ready and we were not able to check in until 4:30. We had to cancel plans because by the time we got done cleaning up and getting ready we missed our reservations. To pay over $300 and not be able to check-in for 1 1/2 hours after we expected to is unacceptable!
At least the staff was friendly and gracious during with the situation. My wife and I will reconsider Hilton in the future as this is the 3rd time and we have not had any type of remedy or relief!

The price we were charged $684 for one night was horrific, the blinds in the room didn't work, the sink in the bathroom didn't drain and the cleanliness was fair at best. The ground and surrounding area shown on web-site looked nothing like the actual overgrown and weeds in the ugly gardents.

Stayed here years ago it is nice and clean and quiet and a 25 min walk to spac (the reason I chose ) the only issue I had was the bath room tub didn't plug and the shower drain was slow and the corrosion on the tub fixture. I didn't complain but was a real Downer in my book

They charged me for one night and I had checked out I think this is a problem when dealing with a third party , unfortunately no protection from Expedia .
They just say it was prepaid so we can’t do anything for you , it’s I guess lesson learned not to deal with a 3erd party

The rooms seem as if they weren't clean I end up getting a different room and it was the same I just went out and bought cleaning things and cleaned it myself The tubs were peeling and had mold around the edges and the floor seemed as if it wasn't swept and it had a weird smell

Absolutely ridiculous walked into the room. There was a floor AC with a fan air conditioning not working room was hot. Absolutely unacceptable for the amount of money. We paid for one night for this hotel.
