Check in was satisfactory. Several tiles in the elevator were cracked. Threshold carpet was coming apart inside the room. There was a small refrigerator in the room but no microwave. Breakfast was a big disappointment. We paid an extra $10 for breakfast when we made our reservation but when we went down for breakfast we were restricted on our menu options. I showed them my breakfast coupon but was charged $39.76. I did asked about that on our second day and was given credit after I inquired about the charge. The breakfast staff seemed uninterested and confused. We ordered the breakfast tots with scrambled eggs but the order was served without the eggs. We asked about the eggs and they said they forgot to include them but did bring some later. The location was convenient for shopping and dining but very close to I 20 and traffic noise. We will look for a different place to stay next time

I chose hearing accessible for my mother and father to stay, they put them in a regular room, room very much outdated, they were still resting when housekeeping kept knockin on the door to see if they were still in there and they felt as if they were being rushed out or something, it was before 9! Checkout is not until 11, they’re not in that big of a hurry to clean a room because it wasn’t that clean to start with. I’m a platinum member, was titanium at one point and now I see why I stopped stayin at the Marriotts for little while now. Staybridge are what’s in now.

We like the location of the property and the surrounding business. The hotel staff was horrible. They did not greet. We asked for fresh towels and sheets after two nights. The towels were delivered but not fresh sheets. We again asked the front desk for fresh sheets. The receptionist took our room number and we later returned to no fresh sheets. We eventually got fresh sheets from the front desk and made our own bed. This staffs customer service is really lacking.

There was black mold in bathroom. Management was informed, Bria was very professional and great but this hotel needs serious deep clean.

The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. It doesn’t feel like a courtyard Marriott property at all. I’m a gold rewards member with a Marriott. This is the poorest Marriott that I’ve stayed in in a long time. It just needs maintenance, paint and cleaned up. It feels like a low end hotel.

I liked the decor and seating in the lobby/lounge. The staff was also excellent and accommodating. My room 108 was beautiful , except I heard whenever someone flushed or ran water in the 2nd or 3rd floor rooms. There also is not enough handicap parking.

Check in with Prentice was wonderful. He was very attentive and seemed happy to explain the dining choices and bar hours. I would book again.

The room is very clean, friendly staff, quiet area. The only problem I noticed was a bad smell on the hallway, not sure if it came from the AC or from the carpet.

I paid over $500 for three days here. Not once did they clean the room after notifying housekeeping to service my room. It did not happen. Talk with the front desk clerk who was on duty on 7/6 at 10:30 pm after I got back to the room and all she did was show a noticed that is sitting on the counter about there rules. What good does it do when you follow there rules and still the room does not get clean.

It was close to the airport and close to my mom’s place. I was there 5 days and they didn’t clean the room, i asked for towels but didn’t get them, had to go down and get them. Needs updating.

This hotel is in a great location. It is near any and everything you may need.
My problem was with the smell of the room.(I always take Lysol and other room sprays with me) and the sticky feel of the carpet. NO I don’t walk around barefoot but I did get out of bed to get water and didn’t put my slides on. The carpet needs cleaning badly.

Safe and excellent location for families and business.
Large lobby with Starbucks coffee eatery - there is an Applebees, Olive Garden and other nearby (walkable) restaurants and a Mall across the walkable parking lot (safe for kids to walk).
Sundays is the only slow day without all hotel services.
Rooms are large and roomy with plenty of storage. Separate vanity outside the restroom.
Fitness center has several treadmills for workouts.

The Marriott next door are newer with kitchen suites.

My stay was for Family Reunion, the family had to get other accommodations to have the banquet due to a waterline break wasn't happy with that. The room smell of wet carpet didn't have a microwave got it the next day. Wasn't happy had to pay for breakfast which I'm use to FREE BREAKFAST at any and all of the hotels stay. Wasn't happy after a three-day stay was told I have to request room to be cleaned (had my own cleaning supply) my opinion that should be done daily at least change the liens without asking or check to see if guest needed anything. The worst part the site has the AUDACITY to post a sign in the parking lot to park at on RISK. If that the case SECURITY CAMERAS with PROPER LIGHTING should be place in the lot. That's unacceptable for the amount of money being charged for rooms nightly. No one wants to come out an see their car has been broken into.

AC did not work properly - woke up sweating at 2am. Called downstairs and asked for another room - was told the hotel was sold out. I asked if there was a fan I could get. she had to look - called me back 5 mins later - said she found a small one in her managers office covered with dust - asked if I wanted it - really????

This hotel is badly in need of repairs and updating. Carpet stained, dirty and musty. Floors un even and in need of repair. Walls stained and peeling bathroom floors in need of repair. We moved rooms because shower would not drain and back washed a bunch of black moldy gunk up into shower floor. We were in town for an event so luckily did not spend much time in room but it was fairly quiet except for highway noise which was expected being so close to the road. Hallway are dim lit and ice machine pretty suspect. Rampant odor of smoke and marijuana around and in public areas of property though that could just have been while we were there. Will not be staying here again.
