Check in was satisfactory. Several tiles in the elevator were cracked. Threshold carpet was coming apart inside the room. There was a small refrigerator in the room but no microwave. Breakfast was a big disappointment. We paid an extra $10 for breakfast when we made our reservation but when we went down for breakfast we were restricted on our menu options. I showed them my breakfast coupon but was charged $39.76. I did asked about that on our second day and was given credit after I inquired about the charge. The breakfast staff seemed uninterested and confused. We ordered the breakfast tots with scrambled eggs but the order was served without the eggs. We asked about the eggs and they said they forgot to include them but did bring some later. The location was convenient for shopping and dining but very close to I 20 and traffic noise. We will look for a different place to stay next time

I chose hearing accessible for my mother and father to stay, they put them in a regular room, room very much outdated, they were still resting when housekeeping kept knockin on the door to see if they were still in there and they felt as if they were being rushed out or something, it was before 9! Checkout is not until 11, they’re not in that big of a hurry to clean a room because it wasn’t that clean to start with. I’m a platinum member, was titanium at one point and now I see why I stopped stayin at the Marriotts for little while now. Staybridge are what’s in now.

The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. It doesn’t feel like a courtyard Marriott property at all. I’m a gold rewards member with a Marriott. This is the poorest Marriott that I’ve stayed in in a long time. It just needs maintenance, paint and cleaned up. It feels like a low end hotel.

I liked the decor and seating in the lobby/lounge. The staff was also excellent and accommodating. My room 108 was beautiful , except I heard whenever someone flushed or ran water in the 2nd or 3rd floor rooms. There also is not enough handicap parking.

Check in with Prentice was wonderful. He was very attentive and seemed happy to explain the dining choices and bar hours. I would book again.

Talk with the front desk clerk who was on duty on 7/6 at 10:30 pm after I got back to the room and all she did was show a noticed that is sitting on the counter about there rules. What good does it do when you follow there rules and still the room does not get clean.

It was close to the airport and close to my mom’s place. I was there 5 days and they didn’t clean the room, i asked for towels but didn’t get them, had to go down and get them. Needs updating.
