The stay was short but okay. The sheets on my bed were clean but very worn. They should not have been used.
The tissue box was almost empty and we did run out.
We could have used 2 rolls of toilet paper instead of one and the one that was almost empty.
The staff were very nice at the desk.

The property is right off I 395. There are many dining options within minutes drive away. The rooms are comfortable and they offer breakfast. It’s reasonably priced. We stayed here while visiting family at nearby Alexander’s Lake, which is lovely to walk around.

Very slow checkin. Noone at the desk adn computer didn't work.

The only problem we had was the Ice machine was not working on the 3rd floor. Reported this to front desk morning after 1st night stay. Was advised "Working on it" Machine was not working during our 2 day stay and had to go down to 2nd floor to get ice. Not a biggy but an inconvenience.
BTW. Loved the beds. Very comfortable.

Well maintained hotel. Quite clean, and orderly.
Only "ding", was a bed that was too spongy, probably needs a new mattress. And the unavailable fitness room which was being renovated. There is a YMCA 6 minutes away where you can workout for $15.

I was so happy to find this was a very clean full-service hotel at a reasonable price. The room was immaculate, the bed was fabulous and the rooms even had a small microwave and fridge and large TV. It was the best free breakfast included with eggs, sausage and two types of waffles and all the condiments I like. I would definitely recommend this hotel, a block off the highway and very convenient and clean. I will stay there next time i have an event in Northern RI.

Overall the stay itself was good, but the experience checking in was subpar. First, there was nobody there at the desk, so I had to call someone to come to the desk. Second, when someone eventually came, they could not find my reservation and took forever to figure out how to find it.

The woman who welcomed us at the front desk was fantastic (sorry, I did not get her name). She explained all we needed to know about the property. She was quick and polite. And she made us feel at home. The property was clean and quiet. A great place to stay on the way to NYC.
