The stay was fine. Easy check-in, place was clean - rooms are very small. Two bed rooms have double beds that feel tiny, and not much walking space in the room. But breakfast was average and things were clean - so it was okay.

This hotel had the audacity to cancel my booking without notifying myself or hotels.com. I arrived for race weekend in Bristol to be told there was no room available. The greedy pigs had obviously realised they could resell my room for more money. With no other rooms available due to the event I was forced to sleep on the floor of a neighboring local who was at least good enough to invite me into their home.

Okay price and convenient location. Floor was sticky, stains on the mattress and room smelled strong of mold. Really didn’t like the key entry locks being out of order on the exterior building doors. Didn’t feed very safe. The extra flip lock on our room door was also busted and didn’t prevent the door from opening.

Our room we booked was not available at first due to pet dander. We were downgraded to two queens and as soon as we walked into the room, roaches were crawling around. We were refused a refund and had no where else to stay on such short notice. Upon changing our rooms, it was a little better, but we didn’t feel safe and were dissatisfied with the customer service.

The check-in process was quick and easy. The room was clean and cooled quickly (they don’t leave on the air conditioning when rooms are empty). Lots of room to walk my dog, too, which is nice. Close to the interstate but not close enough to be noisy. I would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, all newly remodeled and very friendly helpful staff… Penny needs a promotion! We stayed for 3 nights and in that time she worked a double and a triple shift and still kept a smile on her face! Beds were very comfortable, good water pressure, my only complaint would be for us allergy sufferers I wish they had a little better quality kleenex

Very new looking. My only complaint was that they turn off the air conditioner when the room is unoccupied. It took at least 2 hours to cool and de-humidify the room. The bed was very comfortable.

I had to book another room because they couldn’t find my reservation. They found it the next day after I pay for an extra room and I did not get a refund. This is not the first time that these happened at this hotel management and manager Or ??? no help at all, they say I can’t find it book another room hotels.com.com and they said that I was staying in that room which I did not I paid for an extra room All two of the rooms were dirty. One of them had food in the microwave and it smelled specially the carpet if you gonna allow animals in the room, you charge extra at least clean it a little better

Before leaving hotel, I shampooed my hair. The hairdryer on the wall did not work. I called the front desk to get a replacement. The front desk informed me that there were no extras in the facility. I cannot believe management would not have invested for a replacement or two. Will not stay here again.
