Stay was excellent, nice king size bed, the pub connects to the hotel so you dont have to go outside, food menu is out of this world. Nice washroom and facilities, slightly dated but charming, very clean. ONLY issue was the terrible breakfast....and it was cold. Everything else including the concierge was impeccable.

Breakfast was not great unless you like toast.
Not much to choose from and skipped it the third day after 2 poor days.
The restaurant is convenient and adequate.
No service to the room for the stay which is fine but they should tell you at check in and have cups, coffee and items you use each day available for you to restock on your own.

We had a tractor trailer in parking lot with a running a cooling whatever… it was very noisy, heard over Tv and air conditioner. Went to desk and was told it is left there , the driver leaves. It runs intermittently to cool its load. Asked why it was outside a row of rooms. Desk person then asked for my room number with a man who appeared from nowhere standing behind me. I told him that was a safety issue for me. Did not give. Morning person said he should never have asked for room number. They need to be educated in hotel safety for women. I have always been happy to stay with Ramada and now will think twice…Expedia do you do checks on hotels you use…..

Had really loud people staying across from me. Drunk and yelling all night. I called down to the front desk and nothing was done both times I called. Wasn’t able to sleep all night and had to be up early. Management is useless wouldn’t stay here again.

Our stay was very good. The rooms were clean and updated. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was adjacent to an exit door but we did not hear people coming and going. We were about 1.5 km away from shopping and dining options. Would stay here again!

Pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. The hotel appeared to have been remodeled. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Lee on the front desk was so very polite and friendly. We didn’t eat at Castle Johns which is the restaurant/pub on the premises but I hear the food is very good.

I loved how friendly the staff were. I didn't like how the hotel wasn't kid friendly, our room was not properly cleaned. The windows were very dirty. With all the grass area, it would be amazing for a playground/kids area! The staff were wonderful, best group of staff I've ever met. Very nice.
