Are room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was hot with many options. I will stay here again when we are traveling back and forth to Fla.

I am kind of shocked that this hotel has an 8.5 rating. Other than its location, I did not find anything that I liked about it.

Loved this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Bed, sheets, and pillows were comfortable. The pillows varied in density so you could find a good fit. The windows were outfitted with blackout shades in tracking for NO gaps! There were also shades for diffuse lighting. The refrigerator was extra tall, but no freezer compartment. Shower pressure good with a tray to hold soaps. The breakfast was good - eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffle maker, cereals, yogurts, breads, etc. I made breakfast sandwiches easily. The staff was friendly, prompt, efficient. There was road noise from the interstate or nearby main road, but I always travel with ear plugs so not a problem. The hotel is situated behind a chick fil a that you can walk too and a Cantina is also an easy walk. Near to everything. My stay was delightful. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was friendly. Hotel could use some A/C. Hallways were warm. A/C in room could not keep up. This place wasn't as comfortable as other hotels I have stayed at around Charlotte.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable, which made for great sleep. It was also located in a quiet safe location & easy access to get to multiple food and shopping locations quickly. We stayed for a week. The cleanliness wasn’t amazing, but not horrible, it was average - good for the price. Breakfast was same, average - but good for the price. The gym was very small and not super clean. The pool was not swimable while we were there, but we had alternate options for entertainment so it didn’t effect us much. Had we been planning on swimming there, it wouldn’t have worked out for us on our week long stay. Overall for the price, we had great accommodations here.

Good for an overnight. Price was reasonable. Room was clean and very spacious. Halls were dirty and humid (no a/c), breakfast was not the best.

Our room had an odd odor. We found molded fries and mold on the pull out couch. The pool was green. The ice machine was not working. Staff was very friendly to us at check in.

The room was a pleasant surprise of comfort and space! It was very clean and I really like the double blind/darkening shades on the windows! They kept the room dark and great for sleeping in that very comfortable king bed. Again, the extra space is appreciated. I have back trouble and there was enough room to lay out a beach towel and do the stretches that help with the pain. Thank you!

This was my second time staying here. First time I was on the 5th floor, and this time I was on the first floor. Rooms were identical YET I felt that the first floor room needed a dehumidifier. It felt damp my entire stay. Otherwise, I still enjoyed the hotel and will definitely be back!

I booked comfort inn Huntersville NYC. 3hrs after check in bed. It's all over bed floor. Checked out. Immediately after I had paid almost $600 for 4nihhts. Manager at hotel wouldn't not speak to me and all reps from Expedia did not get my money refused. Stay away from this hotel and from Expedia! I even had travel insurance I bought from expesia. It is all a SCAM!!!! You call many numbers from Expedia and many times I didn't e en bet a real rep from the company. My number verification said, "Mohammed Veral" I with many calls until I had a 3way call made by a family members phone to exxoedia and they still won't refund me a dam dime!!! I'm out $600 had to stay in my car for almost one whole

This hotel is excellent from top to bottom! We stayed 3 nights and loved it. Spacious rooms and thw staff was helpful. They even let us stay an eztra bour on chsckouut day wben our travel got xelaywd. We highly recommmend it!!

I have contacted the property and Expedia about this reservation and another one which were fraudulent reservations. My Expedia account was hacked and no one at Expedia or the Hotel property seemed to care.
I have called, chatted and emailed and no response. This is crazy.
I think there is a conspiracy with hotel staff to book rooms. I couldn’t believe that the hotel would not confront this “person” once they were notified that he (Frazier Harley) was in a room under fraudulent circumstances. Crazy.
