Clean and tidy, definitely served our purpose which was to park the car at the end of the day and walk to dinner and shops.

First room - bed was unmade, towels on the ground and a couple of bags of rubbish left in the room.
Second room at least the bed was made. Large gap under the door, air con barely worked. Shower was smaller than on a cruise ship.

No soap in bathrooms , generally room was not clean . Reception is unattended . No one answers the phone .

The bed was very comfortable and the building centrally located. The room was unclean unfortunately. Hair in the bathroom & rubbish in the bin from a previous guest. Cutlery taken directly from the drawer had foodstuffs attached. No hairdryer, milk for coffee or ironing board

Great to see the hotel re-open after flood. All the linens are new and stayed very comfortably. Thanks.

The room hadn’t been cleaned for what looked like weeks atleast there was heaps of dust and dirt and muck under the beds and in the room. Will never stay there again disgusting and big 5 cm open gap under room door, windows didn’t open, shower was broken

Arrived after office hours 5pm. Rang to check in. Took a couple of minutes. Got a code to key dispenser. Checked out before office opened 9am. Dropped key in lockbox.

A motel so horrible that even the receptionist didn't want to be there after 5pm. More like a jailblock than a welcome experience. The overwhelming feeling of danger wasn't helped by a cell door that had obviously been broken down and a safety chain just as obviously broken. Not only do I never want to stay in the Comfort Inn again, if it's any reflection of Lismore then I don't want to stay there either,

I always stay at Comfort Inn Centrepoint when I stay in Lismore. The staff are friendly the accommodation is clean and comfortable, the water is hot and it is within walking distance nearly anywhere I want to go.

Beds were great but bathroom including toilet hard to get into due to its micro size. Annoying humming fan heard in the room when light is on. $20 to be held by the motel in case of fridge contents consumed but no fridge contents found. Extra worry of being charged for this. No staff on site at 9 am but able to contact by phone.

The property was conveniently located,and most suitable for our overnight stay with ample eateries nearby which suited 2 elderly travellers.

I was happy to stay comfort Inn because it is peaceful place.

When checking in we were advised the staff “had ran out of time” and unable to clean spills on the lounge.
This meant the lounge was not able to be used.
After a long day on the road it would have been nice to be able to sit on the lounge and watch the footy finals.
Overall cleanliness of the room was also average.
Would not recommend staying here.

Lots of things like tv and light un bedroom didnt work forgot to leave keys in safe toilets constantly ran clean beds very dated

Hotel was easy to find in the centre of town. Had dinner at pub right next door. Only spent one night as passing through. The bathroom was very tiny. Small shower. Bed was to hard for us kept waking through the night.

It was more then adequate for my needs , good location in the CBD and the room was well serviced each day of my 4 night stay , close to Woolworths , Restaurant’s and Lismore Workers Club .
I did think it was overpriced for a small country town but it was competitive with other hotel’s in the town .
I would stay there again .

restaurant and off street parking location close to town
only thing was not so happy about the restaurant was not as the photo shows - thought it was a bistro/grill but in fact is vietnamese which was ok but not what thought it was - may have went somewhere else if known. No hairdryer in room - surely could have ones attached to wall like other motels.

Close to town. Stairs dirty- bandaid on step. Bathrooms need an upgrade. Room clean but ground floor room was very noisy from street and road works.

Staff were friendly and accomodating for my family's needs. They went out of there way to ensure we were comfortable. Their knowledge of the area and shortcuts on the highway made everything run smoothly. The restaurant food was exceptional. My family will return to the centrepoint motel in Lismore soon. It is an unknown gem

Room was quite spacious and beds comfortable. Good location across the road from Woolworths. However the let down was cleanliness of the room.
