Very cosy and familly hotel

A nice and price-worthy hotel on our way to the Viking Line terminal. Close to the main road. Shopping centers in the neighborhood but not really an area for recreation. Has all the basic services you need (no restaurant though, but snacks).

Nice place, I spend a beautiful weekend there. Thanks for all.

In the page, it was written that the distance between the hotel and the centre of Stockholm was 0.9km while, in reality it is 13 away!! Excluding the false information that was written, the hotel was very cozy and the breakfast that was provided was one of the best ones I have had. To conclude, everything was very nice expect the fact that the hotel was very far away from the center and made my day a bit exhausting.

We have experienced at least two buses with teenagers absolutely out of control by their accompaniment and the hotel. The result was ful pool and sauna full of youths ignoring any safety, hygienic and behavioural rules e.g. street shoes and clothes in the sauna etc… The hotel was laud even after 1 am… The breakfast was really good but again too full. I would recommend to serve breakfast separately for organised groups in general and definitely agreement with surveillance of the teenagers to follow the basic hotel rules. I will not choose the hotel again

Fri parkering, pool, ok spisested

Room was not so clean. No air conditioning so the room was hot as hell after 9am. 25 degrees outside. At 29degrees it is unbearable. Breakfast was the highlight. Staff quite helpful. Stay in weather under 25degrees. No bar fridge is annoying. European standards are much lower than the west.

We had a lovely time with excellent breakfast and very nice staff!

Very slow check-in, first room we got was not cleaned, had ordered top floor did not get it. Ventilation made lound banging noise throughout the stay. Not a pleasant stay at all.

The facilitates at the hotel was very good but getting to and from the hotel by other than car or taxi is very difficult and that could be improved a lot. And then the thing with not getting rooms cleaned could be inform more precis - I didn't know that I had to ask to get my room clean and get new towels

Hotel states there is free parking but does not provide information verbally or in writing regarding a need for a permit. We ended up getting a parking ticket in the hotel parking lot. Went to the hotel front desk and they stated they could do nothing about it even though it is thier parking lot. Told them we were not aware of the need for the permit, they did not care. Called corporate customer service. They called the hotel and hotel stated there were signs everywhere about the parking in different languages. That is untrue. Very unwilling to fix problem. Had to pay $48.00 to park in thier free parking. Paying the parking ticket was no easy matter either. The room was okay, the customer service in all regards was horrible.

Out of town hotel that sees bus tours and local workers spend a few nights. The buffet food was great, but overall let down by lack of daily housekeeping and some repair issues e.g. Iron was poor condition and unsafe, reported it but nothing done.

Nice hotel in a well located location. A lot off shopping centers nearby. Breakfast was extensive, lots of choice. Clean, spacious room. 5 stars worth

It`s a great place if you look for value for money with only a short commute to Stockholm. The surrounding area is not overly walking friendly even though there`s ample shopping opportunities nearby. Located south of Stockholm so not the best option if you fly in or out of Arlanda.

Hotel is clean and decent. Breakfast is good but the location is not very good. It’s ok for those not travelling for leisure. The check in lady charged us for the second person even though it was a twin room but since the booking didn’t say 2 people she wanted to take advantage of this. We paid since we didn’t have a choice.
