Everything was excellent, great restaurant, great view, friendly staff, comfortable and spacious room. The only issue was the construction noise from the new music hall Fuuga immediately on the opposite side of the river, which began at 6:30 am. Not the hotel's fault, but let's hope that noise ends soon.

This was my second time staying here and I thought I booked the same type of room. I guess I didn't. I highly recommend upgrading your booking a little. It wasn't much of a price difference but it was a big difference in rooms.

Staff are great. But they have a major issue with housekeeping. I mean big issues. They dont clean the room they just flatten your bedsheets! Towels stay unchanged. No vacuum. Laundry you have to take it down to reception! And you have to ask for it the next day. If i visit next time i will definitely not go to this hotel. Sorry.

The beds were good. The view was ok (not hotel's fault). The facilities were kind of rundown, due for a renovation.
Honestly for the price I expected a bit more. I got a better deal for a similar price in Helsinki!

Nice clean hotel just a in city center. Nice view to river. Rooms clean with comfortable bed. Facilities recently renovated so everything is looking good. Bar is little pricey. If you want explore little, city Square is just 10 min walk away. Notice that market Square is under constuction Nov 2021. I can't image what you can't find nearby. Advice to use only official taxis.

There was a Christmas party in the ball room. Terrible noise disturbed in the rooms above till 11.30 pm. Unfortunately that kind of events cannot be informed in the hotels' homepages because of privacy reasons, so you are not warned. Booking was very difficult when using Radisson Rewards membership number. The receptionist said that it works only in Finland. When calling +358 9xxx number (Finland) it obviously connected somewhere in USA ? So, finally I reserved the room thru Hotels.com which worked pretty good. The river view room was nice and clean. The gym had the basic equipment but that was sufficient. Breakfast was quite ordinary but the staff was very friendly. Extra pot of coffee to the table made it worth to stay in this hotel.

Very pleasant stay. We got early check-in and late check-out when asked without extra pay. Our room got changed quickly when the air-con was not working. Breakfast was superb. Highly recommend!
