Let me see where to begin, It was kinda disappointing to find out the gym in our tower had just 4 treadmills and nothing else. Although the next tower had a proper gym they would not let us use it and wanted to charge a per day fee. I would have never booked this hotel had I known that. Typical misrepresentation and I’m very disappointed and hope you guys can give some resolution. I tried to even ask or request a manager for help, and was uselsss.
The rooms are also built for short people. Small beds and low ceilings. A lot of space on the property but strangely they need to renovate and maximize the space. Will never stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Maybe the furniture in the rooms need a bit of updating. But view from room was beautiful and staff were superb. Only disappointment is pool is not at the hotel its next door and expensive to use. Didnt spoil our stay

The front-desk staff is very friendly and helpful, as is the shuttle driver and the staff who assisted with a laundry request and a lightbulb issue in our bathroom. We loved our stay at the hotel. The onsite 7-Eleven is so convenient, and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. The room was large and clean. The hotel is close to Shinagawa Station, so it was nice to have a quiet place to stay after a long day in the busy city. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again if we have the opportunity. Even with a 4-night stay, we didn't have time to try everything the hotel has to offer.

The room was not 4 star rating the room carpet looked dirty was two different carpets in room and old …the staff was great helpful that why rate higher because of the staff .

Beautiful hotel but with some black points. Garden and common spaces are impresive and like from a postcard, exquisite cleaniness and staff very friendly but:
- in the webpage pool is advertised but hotel charge to use it (37€!)
- rooms a litle small for a 4* hotel
- no common spaces to socialize.
Excep this, a very nice hotel perfectly well located close to one of the major Tokyo stations.

The property recently got a 7/11 in house, so it was really easy to grab a drink to go or a late night snack. The walk to the station is about 12-14 minutes and slightly uphill, but nothing strenuous. It is part of the Prince hotel group, so if you've stayed with them before, you know they are quality service!

Some of the water damage to the metal fixtures in the bathroom show long time rust, but still overall everything was clean.

The hotel portrays a high class image in the lobby area. The restaurant’s are beautiful but very expensive. The 7 eleven becomes your only option as the building is located up on a hill and it is a 10 minute walk up and down in the heat. I wish that they made the restaurants affordable like we experienced at the Karaska hotel in Osaka which was an amazing hotel.

The hotel staff for check out wasn't friendly, was greeted with no smiles and robotic like expressions. Otherwise, room was big but old styled and aged design.
Beware if you are having heavy luggage and with children, going up the slope to the hotel maybe abit taxing if you are walking up.

The immediate property included 3 hotels. Close to Shinagawa Station. It is beautifully landscaped, quiet. The staff was efficient, helpful, and so typical of Japan so polite. The room was nice sized for 2 of us, excellent maintained, clean.
Nice that the 7-11 was close by in the Shin Takanawa Hotel.

Overall the staff did what they could (which in the end was nothing), my room smelt really musty to the point it was really off-putting. Furthermore.it was advertised as having a pool which was the whole reason I booked. Turns out it doesn't as this is only open from 1 July and you have to pay more to go in! No self laundry facilities (coin operated machinery) way way overpriced and underwhelming.cpmpared to other Prince group hotels I've stayed at.

I booked this hotel cause I researched by the keys “gym” and “pool”, but unfortunately, the gym only has 2 bikes , one yoga mat and one Pilates bowl , and no pool in this hotel . So the web side was not accurate.
